This is going to be a short post. I am packing for the Gulf Coast Jam trip, and there are a thousand things I need to be doing. For some reason, all I want to do is play on the computer. Lol! I think that procrastination might be my middle name. I am glad it is not my first, that would be a pain to have to write everyday. Hahaha This is an outfit that I wore when I was traveling to Tennessee last week. I love to wear stretchy and comfortable outfits when I travel. I wore this outfit to travel in back in October, and I think this outfit wins hands down in the comfortable department. Another wonderful thing about this outfit, is that it is very inexpensive. The top, leggings, and shoes are all together under $50.00 if not less.Black, white, and polka dots are a winning combination when it comes to this top. This is an older top that I bought from Cato’s years ago. It actually came with a four inch wide black belt, but I cut off the loops and wear the stretchy belt with other things. I am long waisted, so the belts that are attached to tops never hit in the right spot for me. I am always cutting off the loops. Haha I do like how the polka dots get larger as you get toward the bottom of the top.
Here is a close-up of my necklace. It is from Chloe & Isabel and is pearls and crystal drops. It looks good with just about everything. This is a casual outfit, but when I wore it with this dress, it looked great! The two bracelets are from Plunder. One is the feather and pearl, and the other is the Edith. There was 32 entries for the $25.00 Plunder gift certificate. WOW! That was fantastic! I hope you all enjoyed your purchases that you made. The winner is Beth Keehne. Go to my Facebook page to watch me pick the winner. BTW, you might get a glimpse of some of my purse’s and the way they are stored. Lol! That will be interesting. Haha
The geometric print bangle bracelet was one that I picked up at a vintage fashion show. I think I paid $8.00 dollars for it. Lol!I have no idea what the name of these shoes are. There is no marking, and the wording on the inside has worn off. I like that these have wide material straps across the top of your foot. This makes them comfortable, unlike some shoes that are made of rubber.I am sorry there are not a lot of links in this post, but I am busy, busy, busy. I will try to post while I am gone, I miss you gurls if I don’t. But, depending on the travel time, it is an 11 1/2 hour trip, we will see if I get the time. This might be the first time I haven’t posted since, well forever. I will be posting to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, updates and pictures all throughout the day. If you do not already follow me on those channels, then be sure to click on the links and “follow” me. BTW, I have set a goal of reaching 10,000 Instagram followers before my blog anniversary on the 6th, and I am only at 9,106. Be sure to at least go to that one if nothing else. That is only 6 days to get 894 followers, that means I need about 150 a day! That’s a lot! Do you think I can make it????So, I am off. I am going to go video how I pack my jewelry when I travel. If you think my purse storage was strange, just wait till you see my jewelry packing. You will get a kick out of that one. Lol!
Anytime you would like to share my posts on Facebook or Twitter, I would appreciate that. It helps get my blog out to more people, and I am sure you just want to spread the entertaining sayings I have. Lol!
