MAXI SKIRT WITH POLKA DOTS
Just how high can you kick? That was the question Emersyn asked me the other day, so I decided to show her. She was not impressed! Lol! It was not easy to kick with a voluminous skirt and high heels. I just about knocked over the fern. Anything to keep the grandbaby entertained though. I hate hearing her whine.
I’m running late today, I have a headache, and the debate is on, so this is going to be short and sweet. I usually say that, but then I get on a roll and type and type and type. See, I just did it again.
I bought this beautiful navy and white polka dot skirt a couple of years ago. I can’t remember where I bought it, but I know I bought it for a Fourth of July party.
I forgot to tell you how to order Plunder from me. I am offering all of you some savings if you are in the market for some new Plunder jewelry. I am going to be offering 10% off any order that totals 50.00 or more. I wish there was a way for this to happen at checkout, and maybe there will be a way when the new software comes out. Until then, here is what I will do. Place your order (go to www.plunderdesign.com/taniastephens), email me with you order number, and I will send you the 10%, either by Paypal or by check.

Hi Tania,
You have such a great way to mix and match. But how do you store all your clothes and shoes? I am sorting and decluttering. I have seen how you store your accessories, do you put all the summer clothes in another cupboard and your shoes too? I have gained a bit of weight, should I keep the clothes that I have had for 5 or so years that no longer fit? I am aiming to lose weight but I am realistic, my shape has changed, I am now mid 50’s.
Many thanks,
Tracey
Tracey, I have exploded into the bedrooms that the kids no longer use. I used to store all my off season clothing in those huge zip lock bags, and then store then under the beds, but I hated getting them back out because they would be all wrinkled. Now I just take the off season, and hang them in the other rooms. I have a video that will be upcoming in a few weeks, when I am out of town.As far as the weight loss, what I do is pick out only my very favorite pieces, if they don’t fit. Then I put them up, and say that in a year I am going to reopen the tote, and if they still don’t fit, then I will donate them. I am always “going” to lose weight, but somehow I never do. Buy a few clothes for the body and the weight you are now. You want to look the best you can, it makes you feel better.
Hi Tania,
Thank you so much for your organisational tips. I will put these ideas to practise and look forward to your video. You always look great! I really like the green, white and blue combination, you inspire all of us.
Kind regards,
Tracey
Fantastic skirt and the sweater is 24 years old? Wow! I think its old when I own a garment for five years! I love both necklaces, perhaps the green one a bit more. Very pretty!
When I started thinking back to when I bought this sweater, I was astonished! I usually wear the sweater at least 3 or 4 times a year, if not more.
Lovely skirt – and maxi skirts are right up there on the trend list for this Fall – very cool!!!
Have just posted about the one skirt everyone needs based on Street Style from Milan Fashion Week – you might like it 😉

Polka dot skirt looks so flawless! I think white is for every season.
Emerysn is so cute! <3
I’m with you Patricia. I think white can be worn year round.
