My husband was so thrilled to see the comments left about him on the blog yesterday. Men are so funny, they just beam when they are getting extra attention. Well, come to think of it, I guess we all beam when we get special attention. Lol! I know that I love it when someone brags on me even though I will probably give a “aww, shucks, it was anything” answer. But, on the inside, I’ll be beaming and thrilled to have gotten the comment. I guess that goes to show us that we should hand out MORE comments and compliments so that we can make others feel good!

If no one has told you this today, I want to let you know that I think that you are wonderful! All of you are so kind and sweet, and you uplift others that leave a comment when they are distressed or worried. I witness this over and over again, and I just want to tell you that I’ve noticed. Kindness is not something that you can teach someone, it has to be deep-rooted in your heart. I’ve also witnessed comments on other blogs that are mean spirited and hurtful. I am so thankful that I’ve been blessed with the most awesome readers around. After all of this “sweetness” coming from me, there is no way that you can tell me that you don’t like my outfit. LOL!!!

I bet that you love this side-tie sweater, even without me prompting you to gush over it. I love bright and colorful clothing, and this one is perfect! The colors of this sweater jump off the page at you. The hibiscus and hydrangeas are gorgeous, especially with the bright green mixed in. The cap sleeves are flattering, and they work well for those who don’t like a tank top. I also like the band at the hemline with the side tie for a cute detail. I am wearing a medium in this top, and it fits me perfectly.

Gold jewelry is usually my go-to, and today is no different. I wasn’t sure that I would like the big bold link Beckett necklace and the matching link bracelet, but I love them both. The clasps were a little tricky at first, but now I am an old pro. Lol! Since my necklace was big and bold, I decided to add my AVI big and bold hoop earrings also. These suckers are big, but they are also lightweight. I am not a fan of heavy jewelry, but I love these so much that I also have them in silver. To also add a tiny bit of delicacy, I added the Rue long necklace. This necklace is delicate, and it can be worn with almost anything.

The white ankle pants are the No Stain Pull-On Jeggings are fabulous. They fit so nicely, and I love that they are stain-resistant. They have Stain-Repel, Bright-White™ technology, and they offer a stay-true hue that stays white longer and repels water-based spills. I am not sure if you are like me, but anything that repels stains is something that I need in my closet. I am wearing a size .5 in these pants since I usually have to size down in Chico’s pants.

My red espadrilles from J Crew added a touch of red to the outfit. I think they really POP, and I love how it brings the red, white, and blue concept together. These were bought early this spring, and they are already sold out. So, here are a few others instead. I am wearing my usual size 9 in these, and they fit me great.
