Does your bed look like this? This is my spare bedroom, and this is where all of the clothes that I have ordered go to wait on me getting to take photos with them. Sometimes by the time that I get things ordered, shipped, photos taken, and then put on the blog, items will have already sold out. So, I thought that I would take a couple of pictures of my things that I got in (not styled) so that you could at least have the opportunity to see them before they are already sold out. It doesn’t stop with the bed…it overflows onto two of my chairs also. Lol!!! Those of you who follow me on Instagram and watch my Insta stories will have already seen this sweater. And, if you saw the story, then you got a good laugh at me showing you how to use the “groundhogs in the sack” method for getting a tight sweater to fit. LOL! This Fairisle sweater is from the Loft Outlet, and it is a soft knit. The white design of the sweater is fuzzy and furry, but the sweater itself is not. This is a dressier sweater instead of a bulky sweater. So, it is made to sit close to your body for a fitted look. I am wearing a medium, which is my usual size when I order for the Loft and the Loft Outlet. Anyone going on a ski vacation? This would be the sweater for you. Here is the link, and it is on sale under 20.00!!! This sweater is from The Loft, and it is a casual style sweater. This is a thick waffle knit sweater, and it is very, very soft. It is made roomier than the Fairisle sweater, but it isn’t boxy like some. It also has a hoodie, although I doubt that I would ever pull the hoodie up. Lol! Once again, I am wearing a medium since that seems to be the size that fits me best from the Loft. This is machine washable, and it would look great with jeans. This is the type of sweater that you will find yourself reaching for all the time because it would be great for wearing around the house or when you have to run errands. Here is the link to the sweater. BTW, if you wonder what I am doing, I have my phone on a tripod, and I just discovered that I had a remote control that I could use to take my pictures. LOL! It doesn’t take much to amuse me. First off, let me tell you that the photos can’t do this sweater justice. I tried and tried to get a picture that would show you the metallic gold thread that runs through this entire sweater, but I couldn’t get it to show. I promise this is much more than a beige/neutral sweater. It has a little extra sparkle that is unique, but too shiny. I love the neutral color and the fact that this can be worn with anything. It looks great with my black leggings, and it would look equally good with jeans, navy pants, the plaid pants that I wore yesterday, gray, maroon, and on and on. Because it does have that small metallic thread, it looks cuter than an ordinary sweater. I am wearing a medium; I guess you figured that out by now. LOL! This is also from The Loft, and here is the link. I bet this sweater gets your attention. Don’t you love the color of this sweater? And, look at that neckline!!! I love the deep v-neck, and how it is trimmed with the lace. This is a fine gauge knit sweater, much dressier than the others that I tried on earlier. This sweater would be perfect to be worn with nice slacks and skirts, but you could also wear them with jeans. The sweater looks as beautiful, leaving as it did coming. It featured a double v-neck, so you get the same effect coming and going. I think this sweater would be beautiful for Valentine’s Day; the lace makes it look romantic looking. I am wearing a medium, and this sweater is from the Loft outlet. Don’t worry though, just because it looks dressy, doesn’t mean that you have to dry clean this baby. The sweater is machine washable, so you don’t have to worry. This comes in black also, and here is the link to the sweater. This is one of those sweaters where you are going to say, “shut the front door!” In case you don’t know what that means, it just means that you are going to be shocked at what I am going to be telling you. This beautiful dressy black sweater has sequined embellishments at the top in the same black color. I love the effect of wearing the cardigan buttoned all the way to the top; I think it looks very classy and elegant worn this way. I can see wearing this to Christmas parties or even a New Year’s Eve party. You can see that the black on black look is beautiful and elegant and well as slimming. This is a thinner sweater, so you would probably want to wear Spanx or a camisole under the sweater. This is from the Loft Outlet, and I am wearing a medium. The sweater is machine washable…and it is under 20.00!!! I told you…SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! Here is the link. I am switching from the Loft and the Loft Outlet, and showing you a cashmere sweater from Nordstrom. This is a beautiful gray heathered color. The website said that this sweater ran small, so I ordered a large, but I think that a medium would have worked also. This is a 100% cashmere, and this would have to be dry cleaned. I like the deep v-neck on this sweater because it would make it easy to wear the sweater over a button-up shirt. I think it would look great with a plaid shirt, a chambray shirt, or even a blouse with a bow. I wanted to show you how long it was in the back, so you can see that your tush is covered. This sweater comes in a bunch of different colors, and I ordered it in a beautiful purple also. I love the bright purple color; it makes me smile! These are on sale for 33% off, so grab your sweater while they are on sale. I always try to buy my luxury items when they are discounted because I didn’t fall off of a turnip truck yesterday. Here is the link to the sweaters, and all of the other colors. Because I had on the gray cashmere sweater, I took the opportunity to show you this shawl cardigan from the Loft Outlet. This is a pretty deep violet color, and I love the style of this sweater. This doesn’t do the sweater justice; this is one time that you need to look at the model on the website because she has it styled in the way that I had envisioned me wearing it also. The jacket is flattering with the cocoon wrap around hemline and the large lapels. Just take my word for it; look at the model. Lol! Here is the link to the cardigan. I also got in a bunch of jewelry, so I thought that I would go ahead and show you the items that came in. Some are from Plunder, some from Tory Burch, some from Kendra Scott, and another bracelet from the Style Collective. The items from Plunder are all from the new Fall Collection. I finally got around to ordering the things that I liked, I wasn’t too thrilled with the Summer items, so I didn’t order as many of them. This is a pretty piece that looks heavy, but it isn’t. I thought it was a stone piece, but it is made from acrylic, so it is very lightweight. It is called the Annalyse, and it is a mustard yellow color. The metal earrings I love! These have a snakeskin print that is a mixture of grays, blacks, browns, and golds. They are 2.25″ long and very lightweight. They are called the Sutton. These earrings are different. They are a large heart shape with a spotted print, almost like a leopard print. I didn’t know if I would like these earrings, but they are kind of cool since they are so unique. They are called the Davis, and they have a 2.5″ drop. The Tiffearrings are a leopard print. These are a 1″ stud, and they are a material weave. Very lovely, understated, yet noticeable. The Jaylee is a show stopper! It has large leopard print ovals on a bronze chain with crystals in between each oval. This is the perfect length to fit in the void of a v-neck sweater, and it is adjustable from 19.5″ to 22.5″. Here is a close up of the necklace for you. I promise this is the last leopard print item that I am going to show you today. These are called the Hansen, and they are a gorgeous pair of earrings. I honestly think that I will wear these more in the Spring and Summer, but I wanted to purchase them now in case they discontinue them once the new catalog comes out in the spring. These are too cute, and I wanted you to have a good idea of how large they looked while being worn. They have a 3″ drop, so they are longer and bigger around than the others that I have shown you. These are the three bracelets that I bought from the Styled Collective. These are dups of the David Yurman bracelets, but a tiny fraction of the cost. They are pretty heavy, but since I don’t own any real David Yurman bracelets, I can’t give you a good comparison. I have from left to right, the Brinkley with the clear crystal, the Logan with the large pearl, and the Chariot with the moonstone looking center and scrollwork head. If I hadn’t seen these earrings in person, I would never have considered buying them. I saw these when I went on my blogging conference, and I loved how they stood out without being flashy. They are classy and a beautiful heavy piece of jewelry. I don’t mean heavy as in they are heavy on my ears. I mean heavy as in they aren’t going to bend and break easily. These are called the Avi, and they are large and feature a twist design. These elegant looking earrings are called the Sophee, and they are also from Kendra Scott. I wanted a nice large pair of earrings, one is silver and one in gold, so I bought these for when I am traveling, and I don’t want to take a tone of earrings. I’ll pack these two earrings, and they will work for almost everything. This is the last photo, so enjoy it. I am wearing a small stud earring from Tory Burch. I bet most of you are familiar with the Iconic “T’s” which is the logo for Tory Burch, and these are perfect for those who don’t like large earrings. These might get lost in all of my hair, but if your hair is shorter, or if you wear it in an updo, then these would be perfect for you. Here is the link to the earrings.
WHEW! Are you as tired as I am? That was a lot of photos for you to scroll through. So, I need to know, is this something that you would like to see every couple of weeks? I’ll still be stying the items later with jewelry, pants, cardigan, scarves, etc., this is just a photo of me trying them on to see if they fit. I still have several pairs of pants and shoes that I need to try on, so let me know if you like the “try on” sessions, and I might make them a feature of the blog.

Tell me about “groundhogs in the sack”. My method is trying to stretch with my arms inside the item or just grab a handful on each side & tug.
