COLORFUL PRINT TUNIC
Today was one of those days where it seems you spend all day doing something but you don’t seem to get much accomplished. We are still in the process of getting everything together for our new computer system and today we added a cash printer. We had been limping by with our old hardware but we really needed a new one. So, today I got to spend a lot of time on the floor on my hands and knees trying to fish wires out from behind drawers. I think I might have made a few guys day in the process.
I am not sure why I was the one in the floor and the Gerald who works with me was the one on the other side of the counter standing up and handing the wires down through the counter. His job was WAY easier and didn’t require you to be a contortionist. In all that process my pants kept riding down. You can quit snickering, I can hear it all the way here in Virginia! I kept pulling them up and rearranging and then they would start riding down again. Finally, I said something about it and everyone standing around started laughing. They had been watching but not saying anything….. Lol! All I eventually heard from them was wisecracks about being a “plumber” and “crack kills.”Some friends I’ve got.
Was that a visual you could do without? You know that when you come to my blog you never know what you will hear or even see. Hahaha! How about looking at this gorgeous shirt instead? It is one I bought last fall at Old Navy. I have worn it several times (here and here) but I really do like the print and the colors. I like the long tunic style so that it covers my rear, at least most of the time. I also like that I can roll the sleeves up in the summer and keep them down in the fall.

Ok you tell Gerald”Shame on him!” From me! Letting the boss’ wife (aka real boss) make herself uncomfortable and do all the dirty work is NOT nice!

That top is my all time favorite. Love the whole outfit. I’m thinking a “cash printer” is not exactly what it sounds like, because if it is, then I need to get one!!! Hope you have a great day!
