BLUE, WHITE, AND FLORAL
I’m loving this outfit. I actually like everything single part of the outfit, and that doesn’t happen often. I have had this top for awhile, but have never worn it because it is sleeveless. But today I picked this to wear because I wanted to wear my second leather bracelet from Jewels of the Vineyard.
Cheryl from Jewels of the Vineyard sent me two bracelets last week, I wore one on Wednesday, and I wore one today. The first one was a large cuff bracelet from the Oakville Collection, and the one I have on today is a Blue and White Bracelet from the Stag’s Leap Collection.
Some of you mentioned you had difficulty navigating the website, so I am going to walk you through my process. Follow this link to the website, then under the large picture, hover on “the shop” tab. You will then get the drop down links to choose from. I looked through all the collections, the Chiles Valley Collection is for men.
The band of the bracelet is white and the stones are varying shade of blue, with silver accents. Like the first bracelet, this is also a magnetic closure. That makes is easy to put the bracelet on and take off. This style bracelet would be great to even stack one or more together.
I chose colors that I thought would be easy to wear this spring and summer, but I have my eye on a couple that I think would be wonderful this fall and winter.
The pink of the cardigan helps to show the bracelet off. The code that Cheryl gave only to you gurls is good till May 4th. So when you get ready to check out, use the code 20off for a discount of 20%.
The sleeveless top is one that I bought at Classy Closet a month or so ago. It is by a brand called Umgee, and is soft and flowy.

I bought this cardigan from Jane.com. This is an online website that has some great deals. I will warn you though that the sizes seem to run small. I think these are geared more toward a junior sizing.
Cardigan: similar | similar The crop leggings are some that I picked up at Walmart. They are not real thick, but they get the job done. I figured I would get a white pair dirty, so a cheap pair was fine by me. I think these cost about 4.00.
Crop Leggings: Similar | Nicer SimilarI carried my blue tote that I bought from TJ Maxx and wore my floral wedge shoes that I bought at DSW warehouse in Atlanta. I am not a huge lover of florals, so these were out of character for me. Since the colors in the top and the colors in the shoes are the same, they go together even though they are different patterns. That is pattern mixing 101. Lol!

Remember to use the code 20off when shopping Jewels of the Vineyard. This weekend is another busy time for me. My mother and Donna will be coming in to put on a vintage fashion show for a fundraiser for our woman’s club. My daughter-in-law, Kayla, will be one of the models, so you may see a picture on her blog next week.
You will want to check back on Saturday when my sister gets to do a story for you. I have been busy telling stories on her, so come Saturday she gets her chance. Of course, I have veto power, so don’t expect to hear anything too crazy. Haha
The comment section is at the end of the post, so keep scrolling. I look forward to reading all the comments, they make my day.
This is also something I WANT and NEED: I have added a subscription button to the blog, right under the recent posts tab. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to sign up. You will then be notified by email when a new post is made.

I want to be your new BFF! I need style help! I woke up this week and realized I’m over 50! It hasn’t been pretty! See, it makes me cry at random moments! ? So glad I found you!! Can’t wait to read and check out your blog and Pinterest and everything!! Let the stalking begin!! (Only kidding there, of course…I mean appropriate social media stalking of course!)
Love love .. So adorable . I have to start adding more color to my wardrobe
You look fabulous!
Really love this outfit! Love all the pieces and have been trying to find a pair of white leggings to wear with my Umgee tops. Most white leggings do not get great reviews! I started following your daughter-in-law, even though seems much younger than me, and I enjoy her posts also.
You look darling, Darlin’!
Very sweet outfit, love the tote! At some point I think you asked for ideas on what to post . . travel wardrobe for 14 days in one carryon suitcase would be a boon for me. I always overpack and struggle to come up with pieces that can be used in multiple ways to minimize what I take. Thanks and keep up the fabulous job – you inspire me to get out of my four favorite (read, grab and go because it doesn’t take thought) outfits!
I have been working on a “packing” post. I am just terrible at getting everything together.
I would love a lesson on what to pack. I always pack too much!
Id love to be able to only use a carry – on for a four day trip.
I love the Umgee brand, but be careful when you wash it. Their stuff seems to shrink up – a lot! Either wash it by hand or on delicate cycle and do NOT put in the dryer. Or to be extra safe, just dry clean. Cute outfit!!
Thanks for the info Kristine.
This is so cute!!! I need to go get a pair of white, cropped leggings. I know right where they are at my Walmart, haha. And I discovered Jane.com this winter and have gotten a TON of stuff from there. It’s great!!!!!
You look so pretty in the colors of the Spring palette ( like Color Me Beautiful in the old days…now there are multiple seasons and I can’t figure them out-lol!) Love the coral and blue!
Cute, Cute, Cute!!! I love this outfit on you… You have the BEST STYLE!! I look forward to your blog each morning. Oh, and I love the bracelets. I can’t wait to look at the website for Jewels of the Vineyard. She has some gorgeous designs.
I’ve never left a comment before, but you always look so put together…
