WEARING A BELL SLEEVE SWEATER
I have been listening to a book that is talking about habits. This book talks about good habits, bad habits, and the ramifications that come with each habit. It is such an interesting book that I am having trouble putting it down every day. It talks about large corporations and how they are infusing good habits into their employees and how it is affecting the lives of their employees in a positive way.
I am only about halfway through the book but I have already started to try and change one habit. They say to start with one because it is easier than trying to do an overhaul of everything. This week Joe and I have implemented a “you can’t leave the house unless you have walked on the treadmill” rule. This one change is supposed to ripple in my life and change other things such as my diet, my mood, or my productivity. I can’t wait for all of that to change but for now, I am content with just walking and listening to my book. If you are interested in the book, it is called The Power of the Habit.
While I was in Georgia last weekend we had a few minutes to go shopping and my sister asked me where I wanted to go. She was a little shocked when I said, “Target.” I told her that Target has some cool clothes and they have some designer lines but I can never get any of that around here. I tried to order some things online a couple of months ago and they wouldn’t even ship them. ? Anyway, I didn’t buy a lot but I did like this sweater by A New Day. It has bell sleeves and a tie sleeve. The only thing is that I wish I had bought a size larger. This is a large but it just feels a little tight across the back to me.
I just got the Mera earrings in yesterday. There are several necklaces from Plunder that have seed pearls in them and that is what these earrings are covered with. I am sorry that my hair fell over the earrings when I took the picture, I thought I was giving you a good view. I picked these earrings to match the necklace I have on today. This is this months Plunder Posse but it just sold out “today!” That makes two months in a row that the Posse has sold out. I hate if you missed this gorgeous necklace and a set of matching earrings that came with it. If you are interested in the Posse you will need to sign up for this service after the first of next month. Everyone has caught on to ordering at the first of the month. If you are already signed up then you will still receive the set. The Maggie bracelet that I have on looks like pearls but it is actually silver beads. I still thought it matched alright.
The houndstooth pants are Pixie Pants from Old Navy. They are a couple of years old but houndstooth is a classic print so I see no reason to get rid of these pants. This pair of pants was one of the first things I ever wore on the blog. Here is the post I did in September of 2015, the first month I started. Pixie pants come in solids as well as prints and they come in ankle length and full length. There should be something for everybody.
When I looked back at the pictures from 2015 I see why I wanted to try R+F. I had no idea the difference it would make in my skin or the difference it would make in my life. I have made so many new friends and many of them are in several different countries. Just today I talked to one in Canada and a lady in New Jersey and one in New Mexico. I have traveled and won awards and prizes all while making a great paycheck. I have even earned a spa getaway in January on a beautiful lake. All of that is nothing that I ever imagined when I told my friend to order me the Reverse regimen for my sunspots. You never know what one decision will do for your life. Every one of you has that decision right now. Yes, I want to try the products. No, I don’t want to try the products. Yes, I want to see if I can make some extra income for myself. No, I don’t want any extra income. Life is a series of decisions.
Have you ever wondered why I would ask you to sign up for my email subscription? I know that you may access me from another way like FaceBook or Instagram but “brands” like to see a large email subscription list. So, I am asking you to sign up if you don’t mind, it would really help me. The comment section is at the end of the post, so keep scrolling. I look forward to reading all the comments, they make my day. Be sure to follow me on Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Hi Tania, your blog and fashion sense is inspiring. I’m a little bit older than you (65) but have tried to incorporate some of your ideas into my wardrobe and I must say it feels great! I do have a question about your jewelry. It seem you have quite a few long strand necklaces, do you store them in a box or hang them up?
Thank you
Mary Lou, I appreciate your kind words. I do try hard to bring you gurls a different look and one that is easy to incorporate into your own wardrobe. I do hang my necklaces. I ordered an over the door organizer for them. http://rstyle.me/n/ct6kikb6xt7

I just bought the Black and Gold Pixie Pants from Old Navy that you have pictured, which was totally a step out of the box for me ! Would love some help styling them…..top, shoes, accessories, for the holidays. I’m afraid of over-
styling these pants. Love your style !
Kay, I thought those were soooo cute. I think that I will go and buy them to so I can figure out the best way to style them.
Can’t wait to see what you come up with !
That’s one of my favourite colour combinations. Black, white with a pop of red. Well done!
I love the sweater and the purse is absolutely perfect with the Houndstooth! I always forget about shopping at Cracker Barrel, but they have some very cute things! Now I need to head to Old Navy to see if pixie pants will fit me! 🙂
