50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINTBoy, I about pulled one over on you gurls yesterday. I opened my post up yesterday morning like I always do and started answering the comments. After I go to work I can’t answer them anymore so I try to do what I can before I leave in the mornings. Anyway, once that is finished I will normally go and look at my analytics and see if anyone has signed up for the emails or if Facebook or Pinterest in the biggest referrer. Today, however, something else caught my eye and this was the goof up. Lol!50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINTYesterday afternoon I decided to put a post on my personal Facebook regarding an article that had been written about Rodan + Fields. When I looked down in my analytics I noticed that a bunch of you had also looked at the article I am talking about. I was confused because I didn’t remember telling you about it in the post. I went to the post, read it again and then I was really confused because I never mentioned the article. I kept wondering, “how did they even know about the article?” Then it dawned on me that something I had linked to must have had the wrong link. So, I started clicking on every single link and of course, the last one was the one I had done wrong. I had gone to Facebook to link to the local boutique in town and I had copied the link. Evidently, before I went back to the post I must have noticed this article and went and read it. I did my own post and then went back to the blog. By the time I got around to linking to the boutique I had a different link inserted. I couldn’t help but laugh as I was fixing the problem. I thought, “that is one way to get them to look at a R+F article.” Lol!!! ? ?50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINTToday, I promise to do better on my links. I bought this cute dress when I went to visit my sister and help with the vintage fashion show. This Cheetah dress is by Who What Wear and I bought it at Target. This was one of the things that I had been wanting to buy from Target but they wouldn’t ship to my area. Most of the Who What Wear collection was already sold out but this dress caught my eye. I like how it mixes some vintage styling with a modern twist. I am thinking that I might also try styling this in multiple ways. I really like the pattern.

50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINTThe pattern of this dress is very overpowering so none of the jewelry I put on with it really showed up. Since I was going to church I decided to go ahead and wear the Lizzy necklace. This necklace comes with a large cream colored tassel but I removed mine after seeing my mother do the same thing. I really like it without the tassel but I can always re-attach the tassel if I want later. I have on a pair of tortoiseshell dangle earrings, (just take my word for it) called Collette. These are really pretty stunning and would look great if I had worn my hair up instead of down. I have on two bracelets on the right from Plunder. The one with the arrows is Dixie and the one with the rhinestones is Gavin. They both are on an elastic band which makes it super easy to put on and take off. The bangle on my left arm is one from Kate Spade 50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINT I love this purse by GILI. It has a “Rock-n-Roll” vibe to me. I think the tassel, which is really over the top, must be what appeals to me so much about this purse. It is really soft and subtle and even though it is a nice purse it doesn’t weigh a ton. I hate it when a purse weighs a lot BEFORE I even put anything inside it. My shoulders give me enough problems without me adding more weight to them.

50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINTNow that winter has set in on me you won’t be seeing my pasty white legs. I will try to wear tights and leggings as much as possible when I have a dress on. I put on some tall boots and then these ankle boots and asked Joe which ones he liked best. He picked the ankle boots which didn’t surprise me. He never likes tall boots. I see though that I need to polish my shoes because the toes are getting scuffed. These are a couple years old so I am not surprised that they are looking a little worn. They have been really great shoes though, they are by Marc Fisher. Remember, just because the items below do not show up in black they do come in that color.
50 IS NOT OLD | HOW TO WEAR A CHEETAH PRINTI mentioned to you yesterday about my R+F payday and what I was going to be doing with a portion of it. I then heard from some of my fellow team members who shared with me what their plans were to do with their payday. It was really amazing, especially when one person said they were so thankful that I said “yes” because if I hadn’t said yes then they might not have ever had the opportunity. That kind of gave me chills because I never really thought about my decisions affecting other peoples lives. I just thought I was introducing the best skin care that I have ever run into to all of you but I realized that I have also made it possible for many (my team is really growing) to earn extra income. What would you do with the extra income? Being thankful is keeping me awake at night. Lol! Every time I woke up last night I was going over and over in my mind thinking of things that start with the letter B. Today’s letter is C, so let’s see how “c”reative you can be. Lol! My first choice is Christ. HE is the reason for all things and the one to be thankful for and to. Also, right now I am going with the computer. Without that, I wouldn’t be able to communicate with all of you.

I am really trying to gain readership and subscribers. When I hit 10,000 subscribers then I am going to have a huge celebration with lots of giveaways. Tell your neighbor, your friends, or even your enemies. Lol! Let’s get this ball rolling. To subscribe you simply enter your email address in the box in the upper right corner of the blog. You always look great! Do you ever have an off day? I hope that you don’t! Of course my favorite “C” is Christ Jesus. He’s the reason we are all thankful for things, since He’s our Provider, Father and Best friend. “C” is a loaded letter. I love children, coffee, cosmetics, chocolate, canines, clothes, cute booties ;-D I could go on and on!

My ‘C’ word: Compassion; the world needs to have compassion for everyone! Jesus had it, so should we.
