UTILITY VEST AND JEANS

I love having my Mom and Donna visit with me. However, Mom and Joe are complete opposites when it comes to politics. It doesn’t matter what either one says they are not going to ever change the other one’s mind. That does not keep them from trying though. I just try to tune them out and act like Switzerland when they start bickering. Mom says I never have to worry about her ever wanting to move in with me. Lol!!!Most people worry as they get older about being put in a Nursing Home or Retirement facility. My mom worries about NOT being put in one. Hahaha! I guess they have the “typical” son-in-law/mother-in-law relationship. By the time the show is over and it is time for them to go back to Tennessee, they will have made up with each other and all will be forgotten, at least until the next trip. Lol!The Rachelle earrings are only an 1 1’2 drop and they are the gold chevron. The Vivi necklace has quickly become one of my go-to necklaces. I think it is the length that I really like because it just fills the spot left open by a longer necklace. The Landon necklace with its olive green leather strap is great for fall. The Scarlett bracelet is multiple leather strands with gold disk dangles.The Marc Fisher suede peep-toe ankle boots w/fringe detail come in several colors. My pair is called Light Natural but I saw they were almost sold out of most sizes. However, there is a dark brown that is available and it would match almost everything. The heel is 3 1/2″ tall but it is easy to wear. I am trying to wear all my peep-toe shoes right now before it gets too cold. Otherwise, I will have blue toes peeping out. Hahaha!This vest is totally out of my comfort zone. I don’t think I have ever had anything like this but I decided that I would stretch my horizons and give it a try. This is a cinched-waist utility vest from Cato Fashions that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I kept trying to find something to wear it with and I finally gave up and said that everything goes with a white t-shirt and jeans, so here you go. I have just now gotten comfortable wearing camo and this vest reminds me of “that” style clothing. If you want to grow in fashion you have to be willing to try it all. Hit or Miss????It is funny how I went from being someone who NEVER washed her face or took off her makeup at night to now selling skincare. Lol! If anyone would have ever asked me if I could have imagined myself writing a blog OR owning my own skincare business I would have still been rolling on the floor laughing. This just goes to show you that if you open yourself up to new possibilities that you might just surprise yourself. I am so glad that I started the blog, you gurls have been a real blessing to me.
