Take The Time To Be Thankful
This is the day that the Lord has made. That is one of my favorite songs. Anytime I am feeling a little down, or lost, this song always comes to mind. It never fails to ground me, to remind me that I am a small little speck in the big picture of life. But, THIS is the day. The Lord made this day. I am blessed.
In a sermon one day, our preacher posed this question. What if you only had what you thanked the Lord for? In other words, in your prayers, what do you thank the Lord for? Family, health, and friends are things we all are thankful for. But what about all the everyday things? In November, we are reminded to be thankful, but we need to take the time each day to give thanks.
When I started this blog 5 months ago, I had no idea what I was doing. Honestly, I am still not sure how, or why, I have been blessed to have so many readers. Many of you have said that I am an inspiration. The only thing I can figure, is the Lord has a plan. I know I have no idea what that plan might be, but I am along for the ride.
I am thankful for each of you. I am thankful.
What a beautiful post, however do you have any information on the designer of this gray lovely dress? I would appreciate any information you have. Thank you Tania

Aww Tania, I am thankful that you started this blog too! It’s my virtual “water cooler”, where I go to see what the story of the day is, enjoying the humor and positive chatter. There was a reason you acted on that ‘whisper’ in your head to go for it with this blog, and I think we are all glad you went for it!
It is hard, Jules, to follow the correct “Whisper.” The little nudges we get are sometimes the Lord talking to us. I once did a weight loss system called Weigh Down. It was a faith based diet, and in the directions, I remember them telling you that if you dropped something, it was the Lord’s way of telling you that you didn’t need that. I don’t know if this is true, but I always think of that if I drop a piece of candy or cookie. I will usually say, “ok, I am not going to eat it.” Haha
