The First Loft Try On Haul For 2025
On my way to Tennessee to visit with my parents and the rest of my family who live there, I stopped to shop. I know you’re shocked! Lol! It has been a hot minute since I’ve been in Loft, so I popped in to see if there were any cute items. Wow! I was thrilled with the outfits I found, so I hope you enjoy my first Loft try-on haul for 2025. With their up to 50% off new arrivals sale, it is great timing!
The First Loft Try On Haul For 2025
Navy and White Elevated Casual Look
You might find this hard to believe, but I don’t have that many dressy outfits. My lifestyle doesn’t call for many dressy looks, and I tend to dress casually most of the time. I do like an elevated casual look, one that can pass for dressy but can also be styled casually.
How cute is this Striped Pocket Cardigan Top? When I picked it off the rack, I noticed that it looked small. I ended up sizing up from my usual medium all the way to an XL. As you can see, it is none too big on me. I love the look and feel of the top, but it does run small.
I have several black dress pants, but navy is missing from my closet. I loved the fit of the Button Trim Wide Leg Pants, and the button accents would look great with a tucked shirt or sweater.
Fair Isle Sweater Cardigan
I love brown and black together. Black and camel brown make a timeless and sophisticated combination because they balance each other perfectly. This pairing creates a blend of cool and warm tones, making it visually interesting yet easy on the eyes.
The Ponte Wide Leg Pants are a nice weight and fit like a glove. They fit really well, and the wide legs help balance the shoulders of the Fair Isle cardigan.
I style a lot of Fair Isle sweaters, but I think this is the first Fair Isle Cardigan I’ve styled. You can wear the cardigan open with a tank underneath, but I like wearing it like a top.
Pleated Blouse for Valentine’s Day
First off, I accidentally picked up the XL blouse. I looked through all the tops and thought I grabbed a medium. I knew it was way too big on me, but I thought it was because it had pleats. It wasn’t until I took the top off that I noticed I had gotten the wrong size.
The Pleated Split Neck Blouse would be a cute idea for Valentine’s Day. It doesn’t have hearts on it, but it does have words of love. Just make sure you choose the correct size, unlike me. Lol!
Lips For Valentine’s Day
Here is another super cute shirt for Valentine’s Day. It has bright red lips on a white background for a cute, whimsical look.
The Lips Everyday Oversized Pocket Shirt is slightly oversized, but not much. I’m wearing my usual medium, and I think it fits me fine. This shirt is pretty thin, so if you closely, you can see the outline of the jeans.
Because the shirt is thin, I thought adding a sweater would be smart in the cold weather. Layering is the best way to stay warm when the temperature starts to drop.
I know a lot of people don’t like wearing hearts for Valentine’s Day, but I love whimsy. That’s why I like wearing reindeer, snowmen, etc. for Christmas. Fashion is meant to be fun, and the Heart Sweater is FUN with a capital F. The medium fit me fine, even with the shirt underneath.
Lounging in Style With Lou & Grey
If you’re like me, then soft, cozy, and casual is your go-to style when you’re at home. As much as I liked some of the other outfits, this might be my favorite look of the try-on haul. I love the Ribbed Wide Leg Pants and was surprised to find that they ran true to size. Many times, ribbed clothing runs small, but not this outfit.
The pebbled grey V-Neck Hooded Cardigan is made from the same ribbed material. I didn’t grab a tank when I went to the dressing room, but I would probably wear one with the cardigan. I love the cropped style and how it looks with the wide-leg pants.
I wanted to show a photo so that you could see the hoodie. Also, the pants have pockets, and we all know those are essential!
That’s a wrap on my first try-on haul of 2025. Let me know what you think and if there is a retailer you would like to see me style in the future.

Verse Of The Day
Galatians 1:10 (NIV)
10 Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Love The Loft! They seem to have something for everyone’s taste.
I love your hauls and clothing tips. Also, I especially like the Bible verses. Thank you
Tania 💜💜 your try on haul On your way to Tennessee, but I will say I was disappointed that you had your phone stuck in your face for every picture. That’s what I always loved about looking at your pictures. You never did that. Oh well happy you made it home safe.
It is so hard to take a photo, get your feet and head in it, and not cover up the clothing details with the phone. I’m still learning, so maybe I’ll get better over time.
