THAT SONG IS STUCK IN MY HEAD
Do you hate it when a song is stuck in your head? The other day we started singing “Where is Thumbkin” and now that song is stuck in my head. Don’t ask why I was singing that song in the first place. Haha Get ready to have a bunch of songs swirling in your brain, I am going to name my favorite songs.
Who Let theDogsOout? Who, who? Lol! I sing this almost every time I take the pooches out for a potty break.
Jeramiah was a Bullfrog. Such a good friend of mine. Ribit Ribit! This was a favorite of my sister and mine when we would be on the way to the lake.
Macarena. Oh goodness, that song drove me crazy. About as bad as Gangnam stye. Lol!
Fergie and the black-eyed peas song, My Humps, my humps, My lovely lady humps.
And one of the worst, Mickey! Oh Mickey your so fine, your so fine you blow my mind. Hey Mickey
Today’s outfit is one that I would put in the classic category. It is basically monochromatic, all in grays, navy, and white. My sister will LOVE this outfit. I really like the top. It is one that I bought at Cato’s a couple months ago. It is gray and white stripe, but it is the twist at the hem that separates it from an ordinary top. Here is a similar top that is now on sale. Here is the best I could do for a plus version, but hey, it is only $6.00. You better hurry before they sell out. Lol!
My dark navy jacket is from Izod and I think I bought it at JC Penny several years ago. I have a jacket in black by Worthington, and they look so much alike that I couldn’t decide which one to wear. In the end the navy won out. You need a navy blazer! Everyone needs a navy blazer, they go with almost anything. There are thousands to choose from, but here is one that is similar to what I have on in a misses and plus size.
I am carrying an Aimee Kestenberg gray satchel with gold hardware. I love this purse, even though it is quite a bit smaller than some of my other purses. The shoes are by Marc Fisher, and they are black (wasn’t sure if it showed up black or navy) with gold hardware. 
The dreaded hiney shot. Haha I have tried, and there is basically no way to look slim from this angle. Might as well tell you about the pants. They are a nice thick stretchy material, with no pockets. They are by Jules and Leopold. Here is a similar pair under 15.00, and this pair goes up to a 24W.
I can’t believe I made another top blogger over 50 list. This time Jo-Lynne included me in a list of some fantastic bloggers over 50. It may be just me, but do you think it is coincidental that I started the Draw The Circle devotional Last Monday, and I have made TWO blogger lists this week? Me neither!!!

Okay gurls, I need some input from you. I started a youtube channel to upload a video of my outfits daily. For those of you who have asked for a back-side shot, etc., you can see the outfit in all directions. Look it over and tell me honestly whether to continue, or just quit while I am ahead.

Love the stripes today- I have noticed that I am on a stripe and polka dot trend myself – tops and dresses! Both are timeless and classic.

Considering my name, you can imagine how I would be serenaded when I met some boy who wanted to flirt with me. The best way to get me to walk away, is to sing to me about working in a bar, waiting on some sailor. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. (My father had been in the Navy prior to having a family, and owned a restaurant/bar for a while when I was a kid. Not casting stones.) It’s just not even close to who I was or am. LOL I hate that song. Now it’s stuck in my head. Thanks. : P
The good news is that I love the outfit..especially the shirt. The bad news is that I’ll now be singing most of the songs on your list all afternoon. Did we ever find out who DID let the dogs out?
