50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3It is crisp and cool outside, that must mean it is football weather. I can remember going to watch my son Matthan play football his junior year and it was below freezing almost every game. It was snowing big dabs of snow, but we sat right there and watched the game. After the season was over, I went and bought me one of those snowsuits that would keep me warm. You know how they say if you want it to rain you should go wash your car? Well, if you want a warm football season, buy a snowsuit. Hahahaha!?50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3This is day 3 of the small wardrobe style challenge. I bought this thick and fluffy scarf with football weather in mind. Matthan used to coach football at a school whose colors were gray and maroon, so I thought I would wear it to watch one of his games. However, he decided to have a career change so I have never worn this scarf. I know this is another subtle change, but the addition of the scarf is such a major feature, it takes your mind off the other supporting articles of clothing.50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3You have to admit, this scarf is really cute. However, it is really functional also, because it will keep your neck warm. If I were attending a ballgame, I would probably have a large coat on over my sweater, but I thought that might be a little overkill for the fall.

50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3Someone asked me about this bracelet yesterday. I had forgotten to mention this bracelet. This bracelet is called Wanda and it matches the necklace named Eliza. I wore the Eliza necklace here but I didn’t have the bracelet then.50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3I changed up the purses again and went with this GILI tote. I have other black purses, but I am loving this GILI bag. It is a perfect size, black goes with everything, and the long fringe tassel is very trendy right now. It is called the Large Roma and right now QVC has this set up on 4 easy payments.?50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3Here is just a picture with the scarf hanging long on each side. This is not a huge blanket scarf, it is more of a rectangle, so it does not have all the bulk of a blanket scarf.50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3I probably would wear boots if I was attending a football game, but since I wore boots in yesterday’s post, I thought I would go with flats today. These are dark gray and are by Fergalicious.

50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE CHALLENGE DAY 3If you haven’t read day one and day two’s post, check those out now. Someone asked me the other day if I felt pressure to write something good about products that have been gifted me. I, of course, hate to say something bad about a product, but I would really hate to recommend something to you gurls that I didn’t like. I turn down lots and lots of opportunities to work with other companies. If I don’t like the products they represent or if I feel the quality is not very good, then I won’t work with them. I actually had a company send me three outfits that I really, really did not feel looked like anything I would ever wear. I nicely contacted them, told them I appreciated them thinking of me, and then I sent their items back to them. Everybody is, of course, different, and what I like you may not. There has only been one item that I have tried with Rodan and Fields that I just don’t love. You will not hear me recommend this item. However, I was reading some reviews by other bloggers, and this item is what they picked as their favorite item that Rodan and Fields offers. Lol! Different strokes for different folks I guess.50 IS NOT OLD | SMALL WARDROBE STYLE CHALLENGEI am thrilled that I have had several ladies take me up on my Halloween specials. 7. Carol whitton says:

Good morning , loving this weeks posts it’s challenging me to look at my clothes to get more out of a few staples thanks! Did you check to see if I can give you an order or even sell the jewlery from Canada? Carol

    1. I didn’t think it did, Carol, but I asked in one of our groups just to make sure. If there is something you really want, I can have it shipped to me and then I can forward it on to you. It would just be a little extra shipping. Maybe they will be like Rodan and Fields and decide to expand into Canada. ?

  8. I placed a Plunder order Tuesday, using the link you posted but when I checked out nowhere did it reference your name and it specifically said that I wasn’t ordering with a party. Have you seen my order? Did I do it correctly?

    1. Teresa Johnson says:

I also tried to place an order. I could not determine how to select your party!

  9. Do you think the scarf’s weight should match the sweater’s weight? I have a lot of scarves and always wonder if I’m wearing them right. (Hope that makes sense.)

  10. This is my favorite look of your week so far. I’ve never met a scarf I didn’t like?
