OFF THE SHOULDER STYLE
Hi, everyone!!! Are you getting sick of seeing my San Diego pictures? I actually thought I had more of them but I can’t find much more. It seems like you are taking lots of pictures when people are walking by staring at you. But, when it is time to put them on the blog there are not enough to choose from. I only have one more day of pictures from SD and then it is back to the boring porch. After seeing all the beautiful scenery and lush green it makes the porch look kind of blah. 
I bought this top while I was in San Diego last week. This one is “very” similar and much cheaper. I loved the blue and white striped print. It reminded me of the seersucker outfits that I used to dress my kids in when they were young. I thought I would love the extra string at the shoulder so that you didn’t have to worry about the top pulling or falling down. Turns out that I hated the string! Every time I moved my arms and the top ended up raising up on the shoulders the strings would “pooch” up. I think I will probably end up cutting them off. 
I didn’t wear much jewelry with this outfit. I only wore my Ashton earrings and a few bracelets. The Dixie bracelet is new to me, I only got it last week. It looks like a bunch of arrows and the really cool thing is that it is a matte finish and it is elastic. That makes it easy to put on and take off. The only problem I had with this bracelet is that I would occasionally get one of the arrows out of place and would have to re-straighten the bracelet. Not exactly a big problem. The other two bangles are some I wear often, the Aisha (My Faith Is Bigger Than My Fears) and the Shasta (Pray). Here is the dreaded behind shot. You gurls better appreciate this shot. I really hate showing this angle, it is not my best side. This top was bad to billow and look like I was pregnant. I had a picture where it was all sticking out but I couldn’t find it. I really wanted to show you that picture, it was hilarious!
Found it! Now you can see why it was in my “trash” folder. Ha!
I love white jeans. I never used to wear white at all but once I started wearing white I can’t wear it enough. I swear I could wear white almost now every day. If you are like I was, break over right now and go buy a pair. White will go with anything and you can now wear white all year around.
I warned you that I would look like crap in these pictures. My makeup is virtually gone and my hair is horribly flat.

Tania, Tania, you are MUCH too hard on yourself! Haha….the top is darling and you NEVER look like crap!! That being said, my only gripe with those off the shoulder tops is exactly the problems you’ve had with them, hence I will never buy one! I love the sleeves on this one and the fact it’s blue and white stipe! I also love to wear white jeans/pants. Everything goes with white!!
I found myself tugging at this one more than most because of the little straps. Those things are going to be gone soon. Lol!!!
YOU DON”T LOOK LIKE CRAP! Don’t ever say that~ Ha…I’m already dressed for today and have on a very similar outfit except regular boyfriend jeans..not white yet….the top is adorable.on you…nope,you don’t look pregnant 🙂
You should have seen the other picture, Debbie. You would have laughed at that one. The wind was blowing it out but only in the front. I hate that I don’t have it.

It is not the Shoulder straps that cause the sleeve to pull up. If you sew a piece of elastic on the under arm seam on the seam allowance front to back this will prevent your sleeves from pulling up when you raise your arms. On Pinterest there is a tutorial on this

OMG I had missed the part where you said you look like crap – you seriously don’t you always look so cute. A good friend of mine always looks at your posts too and she said to me she thinks you always look nicely put together – so there!!!

Ha ha, fantastic photos! Do you feel comfortable of taking pictures in public? I still don’t but I want to. That is a beautiful blouse, I think of shoulder looks good on you.
I am getting more comfortable in public settings as long as no one knows me. So many people are taking selfies these days that they pay me no attention.
Love the top? Bought a similar one and had to cut off straps, absolutely painful.

Darlene, I always HATE the back shots. I can’t figure out how some ladies look so good from the rear. PLUS, half the time (more like most of the time) I forget to check my hair from the back and it looks like a rats nest. Lol!
