When the weather warms up, I pretty much live in comfortable, easy-to-wear shoes that I can slip on and go, bonus points if they’re cute, too! I’ve rounded up my favorite pairs that I plan on wearing on repeat all summer long. Whether I’m heading out to run errands, visiting with friends and family, or packing for a weekend getaway, these are the shoes I’ll be reaching for again and again. My Favorite Shoes I Plan on Wearing All Summer
Sandals
Cork is one of my favorite materials for warm weather because it’s breathable, neutral, and has a beachy vibe that works with everything. These sandals have a tiny bit of height, and a heel and arch padding for extra comfort. Plus, they’re cute enough for shorts, dresses, or jeans.
I LOVE wearing my NAOT Sandals, especially on days when I’ll be on my feet a lot. I did size up in these, and they are so comfortable. I also really like their Victoria Slide Sandal. They were comfortable right away, and I didn’t need any time to “break them in.”
These cute slide sandals have been my “grab and go” shoes so far! The footbed is soft and supportive, and the slide style means no fussing with buckles or straps. The raffia adds just the right amount of texture, and they’re super affordable!
These flip-flop sandals are comfy, eye-catching, and they look expensive! I love the bold buckle because it adds a little flair to any outfit. My original pair was from Walmart. I was so sad to see they sold out, so imagine my surprise (and excitement!) when I saw this identical pair on Amazon!
These Vionic Shine Flip Flops are not only cute, but they’re super comfortable. And let’s be real: when you’re sightseeing or chasing grandkids, comfort is a must. Vionic is a great brand to shop for us women over 50. Their shoes have great support, are stylish, and feel super cushy. Plus, this pair is sparkly to boot!
I’ve had Birkenstocks in rotation for years, and this pair with subtle rivet detailing adds just a little something special. They’re easy to slide on and off, offer great arch support, and honestly, they mold to your feet in the best way over time.
Flats and Loafers
A neutral loafer is a must-have for any wardrobe, and these beige Italian Leather Loafers are both classic and comfortable. They’ve been one of my FAVORITE shoes to wear this year! The leather is SO soft, and they’re easy to wear all day.
You can never go wrong with a timeless leather ballet flat. Think soft, buttery leather in neutral shades like beige, blush, or camel. These are perfect for work, casual outfits, or even travel days when you need a comfortable yet polished shoe.
You gurls, these Sperry Slim Boat Shoes are such a great neutral option for summer! The light color goes with just about everything, and the slim profile gives them a more feminine look than your typical boat shoe. They’re lightweight and comfy, which makes them perfect for pairing with white jeans or linen pants. I also love them with shorts or even a cute preppy dress, so easy to slip on and go!
Sneakers
The Keds Champion sneaker hits that perfect balance between casual and pulled together. They’re the kind of shoe you can slip on with shorts or a sundress, and they just work, no fuss, no second-guessing. And the best part? They won’t break the bank. It’s nice to find a pair of sneakers that look cute, feel good, and don’t cost a fortune!

Hi! I am also a fan of the #13. My son was born on February 13 (24 years ago). The 13th has been lucky for me ever since! 😊
The Friday the 13th superstition is based on Judas being the 13th guest at the last supper and Jesus being crucified on Friday. (There may be some other traditions rolled into it too)

I just got my cork sandals in yesterday. can’t wait to wear them 😍. I live in sandals during warm weather. only time I wear closed toe shoes is when I haven’t gotten my pedicure in a while LOL. I have sandals from flats to lower heels and wedges. I can no longer wear flat sandals unless they have some support or cushion 😔 I have so many flip flop/ thong style sandals, I store them on their sides on a shoe shelf like a filing cabinet 🙈. need to weed out the ones I can no longer wear though.

🙂 I like both Keds and Vionic. It is hard to get two summers out of either of these. Does anyone else have that issue or am I just hard on my shoes/sandals? I don’t have much issue with those brands, but I rotate a LOT of shoes in and out of my closet. The only issue I have is with leather shoes. That’s because I don’t lift my feet up enough when I walk and I sometimes scuff the toes.
