How to Travel in Cold Weather and Still Look Stylish
Cold-weather travel can be tricky. I learned the hard way that travel coats have to work in real life, not just look good in photos. Somewhere between Alaska winds, airport security lines, and the fact that ir rained there constantly, I realized that warmth, movement, and polish all matter equally when you’re traveling in winter.
This guide is especially helpful if you’re traveling in winter after 50 and want outfits that are warm, comfortable, easy to layer, and still polished enough to wear straight off the plane. The good news is you really can do all three!
The secret is layering smart pieces that work together and choosing items that pull double duty. These are my favorite ways to travel in cold weather and still look stylish, without overpacking or feeling bulky.
