HOW DO YOU HANDLE FRUSTRATIONS
Life is not always easy. Everyone knows this I am sure. We all have our share of bumps and bruises that life throws at us. But, how do you handle frustrations?
Granted, all our frustrations are not the same. I have had frustrations that make me want to pull my hair out and then there are those that make me cry. Plunder was having a Black Friday Sale where they were offering several pieces at a great price. The frustration came from trying to order any of the items. There were so many people all trying to order that they overwhelmed the website. They had to put the sale off till Saturday, but guess what? The same thing happened again. This is an example of those little frustrations that just make you pull out your hair. I sat in front of my computer hitting refresh for an hour and just wasted my time.
Then there are the frustrations of watching someone go down a path that you know is wrong. You can try talking, begging, and praying, but they are still headstrong about going down the wrong path. This kind of frustration makes you want to bang your head against the wall. Why won’t they listen? Can’t they see where this is heading?
The frustration of watching someone wither and die would have to be one of the worst frustrations. There is nothing YOU can do to fix them. You can pray and pray and pray some more, but ultimately it is the will of the Lord that will prevail. This type of frustration makes you hit your knees. The helplessness is so overwhelming it might even seem impossible to go about your own life.
We can scream, cry, fuss, or throw tantrums, but it changes nothing. We can plead, beg, and try to make deals with the Lord, but it changes nothing.
If you want to correctly handle frustrations, all of them, then you need to pray. THIS will change something. It will change YOU! The situation may not change, but if you trust in the Lord and pray to Him, He will give you peace.
My Sunday posts are actually my favorite posts. Please share if you agree!!!
Have A Blessed Day!!!
As I read your post today, the first thing I did was had a Great Big Giggle at the lady pulling her hair out!! As I looked at Her, I thought this is ME!! So many times I so try to handle things…Grown Kids?? Who seem to think that the Kids are ALL going to grow out of their temper tantrums & will just automatically learn how to discipline themselves?? Then, right now my Husband is painting our Kitchen, something that should have taken even at the most, 2 days is turning into a week long thing?? Living in a Small Home, we have 5 rooms, but one is mostly for the Computer stuff, there is a lot of turmoil in trying to go on with every day living with everything in a mess…….Of course there is still the Choir at Church & a Christmas Singing that I am a part of, but the Problem is, I do not have the time to go to Practice?? What I am trying to say is THANK YOU, for reminding me, that it is not just me that goes through these things….It really helps to know WE ALL are travling this Road together & WE ALL have these trials!! Even though I know in my heart & soul & Spirit that PRAYER IS THE KEY & I do PRAY AN AWFUL LOT, that putting my complete Trust in My God is where any PEACE will come from……THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS POST!! I think I have to put it down as MY FAVORITE!! GOD BLESS & MUCH LOVE…..DEB
The lady is what I have looked like all weekend. I looked and looked till I found a graphic that I thought represented me. Lol!
Your post was exactly what I needed today. I love your Sunday posts…truly inspired by God!
Thanks, Marianne! In talking to myself, I hope it touches others too.
I love all your posts Tania.

I want to do some baking, but I probably won’t. I am just too undisciplined, I would eat all of them. Lol!
You are such a good witness for the Lord. And you reach people that might not normally be reached.
I pray that happens, Debbie. Thanks so much.
That was just perfect for me today. Thanks Tania???
You’re welcome, Joanne. We all have frustrations, most of mine comes from within.
This came with a much needed response to something I have no control over this morning. I am giving it to God now. Prayers go out for you and to any that are struggling too.
Thanks for the prayers, Connie. I will send some your way also.
Need this reminder at this season of my life. The struggle is real but God is in control. Blessings to you.
We all struggle with something, Gerri. But you are right, God is in control and we just need to show some faith.
Wow, just wow! Just finished my devotion and hour of quiet time, how timely and on point your message was!
My posts come from real life. I guess all of our lives are similar. ?
