FOREVER AND EVER, AMEN

You just never know who is going to be calling you. Thursday night I was working on the blog and I got a FaceBook message that one of my PC’s was having some problems with the Rodan and Fields website. This is not uncommon because the website is a little hard to navigate the first time or two that you try to change things. She was wanting to go into her account and edit her order that would be processing this month. I sent her a reply and then kept on working. In a few minutes, she asked about the same issue but just a little different. I replied again. In a few minutes, she messaged me apologizing for bothering me and said she just couldn’t find what I was telling her to do. I started to message her again but decided instead that I would just talk to her through messenger on video. It rang for a few minutes and no one answered. Then it started ringing on my end and when I answered it was her. She was so surprised that I was calling and she had no idea that you could even do that on messenger. We talked and I was able to use my phone and show her on the computer screen how to fix the issue. She was using a cell phone or a tablet and the screen was so big that part of the website was not showing. She had to scroll over to the right to find the buttons I was telling her about. We had a wonderful conversation and Joe even joined in the call. After we got off the phone Joe told me that things like that are what makes blogging worthwhile. We really enjoyed seeing and talking to her. So, don’t be surprised if one day you are playing on FaceBook and your messenger starts ringing. If could be me! Lol!She was telling me that she didn’t see how I did everything. I started joking with her that I was Super Woman and Joe heard me telling her that. He had to get his two-cents in and replied, “I am looking to see if I can buy her a telephone booth so she can change her clothes in it.” Isn’t he tooooo funny? So this morning he asked me if I had called the car dealership about an issue I have with the car. It is a tiny little scratch, no bigger than 1/4, but I want it fixed. I told him that I hadn’t called yet. He then asks me if I am starting to be forgetful. That’s when he got to hear about my afternoon. I told him that I worked all day, came home and cooked supper, answered several emails, sent out notices to my PC ladies, added some Plunder ladies to FaceBook groups, edited my pictures for the blog, posted on FaceBook, wrote some thank you cards, did my blog post, and printed off some contracts and 1099’s. Why didn’t he just call instead? Lol!
This would be a typical outfit for me on a Saturday. I am comfortable and cozy plus I am dressed enough that I can run errands if I need to. This is the pink version of the cashmere oversized sweater I bought from the overstock store. This is by Isaac Mizrahi and I also bought this sweater in navy and beige. When you only pay 12.00 for them you can afford to stock up. Lol!

I will wear this Heritage necklace even after Valentine’s Day. I love the sentiment, Grow Old With Me The Best Is Yet To Be. Mine and Joe’s “song” is by Randy Travis, “Forever and Forever, Amen.” We were driving down the road one day and had been fighting. Neither one of us was willing to give an inch when this song came on. We just looked at each other and smiled, the fight was forgotten.  I have a couple of bangles on. One is a pearl and silver bangle which was a Monday Madness special and is no longer available. The pink bangle is one I have been wanting forever, I don’t know why I didn’t order it before now. It is the Broderick and it is GORGEOUS! The single bangle is one I got back last fall but I haven’t really worn because it was spring colors. It is called the Roxie and did I mention that it is only 14.00? I bought these leggings at a craft fair that I helped put on. I bought a huge sack of these leggings since they were only 10.00 each. I figured that I could sleep in them if nothing else. Lets just say the Joe nixed that idea. He looked at these today and told me to never wear them again. Hahaha! I don’t think he was a fan!

Beckley was a fan of my leggings! He came to say hello while I was taking pictures. He and Lucy Lu usually come out with me to do their “business” while I take my pictures. Normally he doesn’t come over to me, I guess he got bored. My dark brown knee boots are by Marc Fisher. Dark brown is not a color that I normally buy but since I didn’t have a pair this color I thought I should add them to my collection.
