DISTRESSED AND COMFORTABLE

I am really excited. Tonight I will be going to a launch party with some of the ladies in town. Rodan + Fields is announcing their brand new product and it is supposed to be for ALL skin types, even those prone to acne or that are sensitive. I am excited because it is like giving your skin a drink of water. You have often heard me say that my skin is like the Sahara Desert so I am really, really looking forward to getting my hands on this. I think that I will be able to purchase this after it is announced because I have a virtual ticket to watch the launch. When I went to Las Vegas last year for the Rodan + Fields convention I purchased a virtual ticket. That meant that I could watch all the workshops anytime and anywhere. It also meant that I had access to those videos to watch at a later time if I wanted to go out shopping instead of sitting there at the computer. Because I have this ticket the virtual launch will be available to watch and I can see the Drs. talk about the product, how to use it, and what it will do. I have been told that it is oil free, that it smells amazing, and that it lasts all day. R+F hydration serum makes your skin act and look younger. There are days, for the most part, it would be on a Saturday when I just want to throw on a sweatshirt and lounge around the house. Even my sweatshirts have to be fashionable though. Lol! I knew that the distressing wouldn’t stop at just the jeans but I figured it would be shorts that would be distressed next. I was really surprised when I saw this sweatshirt. My friend, Kim, put this on her facebook that it was at her shop and I messaged her immediately to put me one back. I didn’t see the shirt on her website but you can message her if you are interested.

How do you like my jewelry? Well, it is all retired so I guess it really doesn’t matter. Lol! But, you will be glad to hear that I just got in two orders of new jewelry and I have another one that I just placed last night. So I should have all kinds of new jewelry to show you very soon. Until then, let me tell you that I am totally blown away by a couple of the pieces that I just got. The Colette, Amber, and Benni are incredible! This is such a statement set and it is very sturdy and the quality is incredible. I can’t get over the prices for this set. All three pieces together are only $60.00. I am going to go live on Facebook and show this set because the pictures do not do it justice. I think it would look fantastic with a black dress. I have found that it is easier to name my parties like this instead of trying to come up with a new name every time. Lol!I went gray, gray, and gray with this outfit. I originally meant to put on a pair of blue jeans but they were all in the laundry room and I didn’t want to walk all the way in there. That is how fashion is born. Haha! The crop pants are a pair that I bought at Cato Fashions probably two years ago. I don’t wear them often because I think the gray is too dark. I don’t know which I like best, the purse or the shoes. The purse is one that I bought last year and it is by Aimee Kestenberg. It is smaller than I normally carry but it has a lot of pockets so that helps. When I carry a smaller purse then I just put my “essentials” in it and leave out all the other items (aka crap) that I can do without.

The shoes are by Chanel. If you think I bought these then you need to think again. I love them and think they are super cute but I probably wouldn’t fork over the cash for them. I got these because they wouldn’t fit my sister who got them because they wouldn’t fit someone else. Lol! I feel like Cinderella.
What do you think about the distressed look? You know that those holes cost extra? Haha! I know this will not be everyone’s cup of tea but I like a relaxed, laid back look every now and then. I like not having to “put on the nines!”

I seriously can’t wait to watch the virtual launch tonight. This product is supposed to be the favorite product for those who have been lucky enough to do some trials. They say that like it even over Lash Boost. That blows my mind! How can you like anything better than Lash Boost??? I watched a video that said this takes moisture out of the air and puts it into your skin. I will be able to tell you more tomorrow.
