I HAVE A CASE OF BABY FEVER

Things are still going great for the new grandson and momma BUT they will not release her from the hospital just yet. So that means little Miss Emersyn is still hanging out with NeeNee. She loves it during the day but when it starts getting dark, that is another story.When Joseph messaged me last night that they couldn’t come home he wanted to know if Emersyn would like to Facetime. Against my better judgment, I asked her if she wanted to talk. I told her if I called that she couldn’t cry and she promised that she wouldn’t. Little fibber, she bawled the whole time we were on the call. Thankfully she went to sleep really good because she was so tired. I had to go to work for just a little while today because it was payday. She was an angel the whole time we were there and I got everything done that I needed to. I dread her finding out that they won’t be home again tonight. One thing I know for sure, we won’t be doing a Facetime call tonight. Lol!Because I have Emersyn with me tonight I am going to try to make this post short and sweet, just like her. Lol! I have on a tank top of navy blue with a sheer ruffled hem and pockets. My earrings are the Esme. I love this pair because they will go with almost anything. I have worn these with jeans and also dresses. I love pieces that are so versatile. I really prefer a larger tote or satchel but there are times when I want a smaller purse, This one is big enough to hold my wallet, cell phone, keys, and a lipstick. That are all the essentials that I need. Lol!
Pinstripes are one of my favorite patterns. I really love the effect, it is very slimming. I seem to prefer the smaller stripes instead of the larger bolder stripes. I know with patterns you are supposed to wear the scale in proportion to your body. Petites are supposed to wear smaller patterns and taller and larger ladies are supposed to wear large patterns.

I thought I would add a pop of color with my new bandana print shoes c/o Nina Shoes. I wore them the other day (here) with blue jeans. They are very versatile, cute, and comfortable. Scarves can really make a statement. This scarf is just tied at one corner and then draped in a cowl neck look. I like this simple way of wearing a scarf, I think it is very dramatic. Yes, I can be a drama queen sometimes. Lol!

Okay, ladies, I will just say that we all seem to have a few skin issues that we want to work on. Some of them are the product of our genes and some of them are from environmental conditions. According to Dr. Rodan and Fields, 80% of our conditions are correctable. WOW! That is pretty significant. SIRI picked the winner for my giveaway this month and she picked Karen Rice.
