CAN YOU HAVE TOO MUCH LEOPARD
Happy New Year!!! It is that time of the year when everything is new and the possibilities are wide open. It is a fresh start, the time to shake off the past and look forward to the future. I view the first of every month in this same way. Once I started the blog, Plunder, and Rodan and Fields, all of the numbers from the previous month go back to zero and you start fresh each month. This took me some getting used to because I hated seeing all of my hard work from the previous month being erased.
Now, I look forward to starting back at zero each month because it gives me a goal and something to strive for. I have found that I like a challenge (I would never have thought that five years ago) and I love making a new goal monthly. A yearly goal (also known as a resolution) is what I am working on today. I will eat my cooked cabbage, my black-eyed peas, and some pork product and then I am working on my vision board for 2019. I am also going to write myself a letter and date it 01-01-20. The letter will be talking about what happened during 2019 and everything that was accomplished. It is so fun the next year to read the letter and see if what you wrote came true. They say that writing down your goals and saying them out loud will help you stick to them in the coming year. It is worth a try. Who is going to try this with me???
How many leopard print sweaters are too many? I saw this the other day in a local boutique, and I couldn’t pass it up. This sweater is soft and fussy, and if it had a v-neck neckline, it would have been perfect. This sweater is by a brand called Vine & Love, and this is the first item that I have had by this company. This sweater runs big, so I am wearing a size medium.
Gold was the perfect choice for jewelry today. I started with a simple black stud earring set in gold called Kellyanne. Then, I layered necklaces The Frannie necklace is the black acrylic stone that is encased in gold with a long gold chain. I added two of the Vienna necklaces which reminds me of horse stirrups for some reason. Lol! Because I wanted to draw your attention away from the neckline of the top, I added the Jefra bar necklace. The Kate Spade inspiration bangle is one that I bought over a year ago when I went to Charleston. I love jewelry that has a dual purpose like looking pretty and inspiring also. The link bracelet is the Lelani, and the tassel bracelet is the Mary Ellen. If you would like to make a purchase of any of these pieces or see what else that Plunder Designs has to offer, then click here and choose a party with my name.
You are going to LOVE these pants!!! You are going to love them TWICE as much because you will get TWO pants for one meager price. I received this pair (and another pair that you will see tomorrow) c/o QVC and Women with Control when I got home from Tennessee and I couldn’t wait to show them to you. These pants are so comfortable that you will feel like you are wearing yoga pants, but you will look like you spent a fortune and all day shopping for just the perfect black pant. As you can see from the picture above, they feature a pull on waistband, but what you can’t see is that the waistband is lined with Blu-Tec Control System® mesh for smoothing and support. I am wearing the mini bell style here (boot-cut leg), and I am wearing a size medium. These are machine washable and tumble dry so you will not have to “baby” your purchase. Usually, when I come home from work, I take off all of my jewelry, and then I change my clothes into something more comfortable. Today, when I got to the house, I took off my jewelry and put on a sweatshirt, but I left on my pants. There was no reason to change them since they were as comfortable as any sweatpants or leggings that I have. For the cherry on the sundae…they are a Today’s Special Value, and you can get both pairs of pants (check back tomorrow for the other pair) for under $50.00! Go HERE to be taken to the special.
I hope you have enjoyed today’s blog post. Let’s start the New Year off right with everyone leaving a comment. Lol! I love reading all of the comments even when I don’t have the time to comment back to every one of them. They make me smile, and I love knowing that you enjoy this blog. There might be a Kate Spade bracelet in someone’s future!!!

Happy New Year, Tania! ??? I love your blog and look forward to reading your post and seeing what new “outfit” you are showing us! ? Your post is one of my first I check out every morning! As others have said, you are inspiring and encouraging…making me think maybe, just maybe I can do something, too. (Like sell Rodan & Fields…someday.)
Blessings to you and yours in this new year! ♥️
Happy New year! My favorite way to wear leopard is to wear it as an accessory: I have is a pair of leopard earrings and I also have a leopard scarf and a pair of t strap sandals!
Happy New Year! I LOVE comfort and have discovered pull on pants last year. I will have to check these out because I always worry that they either look too casual or “old ladyish ”. Thanks!
Happy New Year, Tania! Can’t wait to see what lies ahead in 2019.
Now I’m on my way to check out those pants!…
Happy New Year Miss Tania! I too change my clothes when I get home and am razzed by the man of the house that I look frumpy. Feel free to do a post on at home leisure wear. Thank you for spending time with us each day. You make the world brighter ?
Happy New Year, Tanya! I am writing down my goals for 2019, thanks to your inspiration.
Happy New Year Miss Tania! I always dress nicely to go out and about, then change into my “comfies” once I’m home for the night. The man of the house teases me about my home attire all the time. Feel free to do a post about at home leisure wear.
Happy New Year! This blog has really changed my fashion life lol! Like the idea of the letter.
I always look forward to reading your blog every morning with my coffee. You inspire me to not give in and wear the same old tee shirts and jeans all the time. I even bought a few pairs of Pixie pants and love them!! Love the leopard print too!
Happy New Year and brightest blessings to you and your family!!
