BEHIND THE SCENES VOL.2 PLUS MORE LABOR DAY SALES
It has been a week! Playing catch-up is hard, plus I’m leaving for Palm Springs on Monday, so I need to start packing. Joe and I are “wait to the last minute” packers, so that is why I sometimes don’t have everything I need for an outfit. Today’s post is a mixture of Behind The Scenes Vol.2 and more Labor Day Sales, so grab a cup of coffee, tea, or whatever your favorite beverage is, and join me for a relaxing Saturday. My mom, daughter, and I went to an estate sale. When I told Joe I had gone, he said, “you better not bring any of that junk home with you.” 😆 Lucky for him, I didn’t find anything I needed, but my daughter bought a few things, and my mom got a back scratcher. We spent about $12, so we were not the big spenders for the day.
Later that night, we all went to watch my grandsons play football. The youngest one’s game was a nail-biter and went into overtime. My grandson scored the winning touchdown, and I might have screamed and yelled like a fool. #JETTPRIDE
I took a quick photo of this hand-painted window pane at my mother’s. I love the colors, and it reminds me to stay put and not to wander out of my lane.

The last behind-the-scenes vol. 2 is a story that might benefit some of you. I was working on my Labor Day Sales; you don’t want to miss the post; I had almost finished the post and decided to double-check that all of the links worked. Every link I clicked on from Nordstorm’s wasn’t working; I would get a “something’s wrong” error. I messaged two blogger friends and asked them if they were having issues; one said no, and the other said her wifi was so bad she couldn’t tell. I cleared my cookies, which didn’t help, then I shut down, which didn’t help either. Then, I called my sister to see if she could bring up the Nordstrom website, but she was on a ZOOM call. I tried my phone and Joe’s computer, and they both wouldn’t bring up the website.
Finally, I asked my daughter what could be the issue, and she said it might be my router. She suggested that I unplug it and let it reboot and see if that would work. Voila! It now worked perfectly!!! I’ve heard of a computer getting caught in a loop, but I had never heard of a router doing that same thing. Remember this little tip if you keep experiencing issues. Hopefully, it will help.
Here is the video I was talking about. This is my son, DIL, and two of their best friends several years ago having a lot of fun singing. This always makes me smile, and I hope it brings you some joy, also.

My name is Susan and I am looking for the shopping information for the cream colored sleeveless, v-neck sweater Tania is wearing on her May 22, 2022 visit with her daughter to the Omni resort. She is also wearing a butterfly necklace, which I ordered. I believe it looks great with that vest, but I can’t seem to find the information on the vest. Will you please help me?
Susan, that was a sweater tank that I bought from the Banana Republic factory. They seem to come out with them every summer, so maybe you can find one later this year.
Can you purchase just the am and pm creams for the redefine regime? I have cleanser and toner.

Looks like old lucky charms marshmallows!! Cute video! While you’e in California, try going up north to the Monterey Peninsula, Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel. It’s quite a trip from Palm Springs, but a gorgeous area( I know, I from there) and the weather this time of year is perfect. Not too hot, especially after the heat of Palm Springs.
