Today my Energizer Bunny Friend and her daughter, who I call Ally because she calls me Tonya, came by to visit. She was delivering some gifts that I had earned and we were standing around talking. The train that runs right behind my house decided to go up the tracks at that time. Ally mentioned the train and then wondered, “How do you sleep with that thing right outside the door?”That got me thinking about how you get accustomed to noises, sights, etc. I never hear the train unless I happen to be outside when it goes by. If you are outside there is no escaping it because it is LOUD, really really LOUD!!! But when I am inside my home I must tune it out. How does that happen? It is the same with the inside of my home. There are items that are sitting around that I “mean” to put up but somehow that has never happened. After a small amount of time, I don’t even notice or think about moving them again. I remember when my children were young how they would talk constantly or bang and play and make all kinds of noise. I never seemed to notice but people without children would sometimes comment about the noise. I never even heard it. Now that my children are grown, when I visit my grandchildren I have found myself wondering how the parents don’t seem to notice all the commotion. Haha! Then they give me the look that says, “What noise?”Imagine another tan outfit with touches or wine. I have told you many times before that I go through spells of wanting to wear certain colors and it would appear that tan/camel is the color of choice right now. I know some of you are not fans of the distressed look so you can just imagine this sweatshirt with no holes. I love a sweatshirt in the winter! I like the warmth and comfort that a sweatshirt provides. The distressing on the shirt just adds a touch of fashion to the look. A sweatshirt that has your favorite football team also provides warmth and comfort but the fashion part is not normally present. I bought two of these shirts when I bought them just in different colors. Here is where I wore the other top. I bought this top at the local boutique in town but I am not sure if she has anymore since it has been a while since I bought them.
I have a pair of leather earrings on from Plunder Design. They are the Kalani earrings in a burgundy shade. I thought they matched the camisole that I am wearing under the sweatshirt. These earrings would be great for anyone who is an Alabama, VT, Ohio State, Florida State, etc. fan. I was surprised at how many college teams colors contained burgundy. The Isabelle necklace is one that I am really liking this fall. I love the vintage door knocker style with the large crystal accents. My bakelite bracelets are a purchase from the vintage fashion show. I fell in love with all the fall colors of this set. Bakelite was an early plastic.
I am carrying old faithful today. This is my go-to purse when I can’t decide what to carry. It is large and roomy and it will go with almost anything. The only drawback for me is that it is a heavy purse. I have noticed that the nicer the purse, the heavier the purse. I would hate to carry a really really nice purse. Lol! My shoulder would probably break.
I know you ladies love these Vigoss jeans with the white stitching almost as much as I do. These are probably a medium wash and they are in a bootcut style. Vigoss jeans are a premium jean which means they will last you for a long time. I cannot guarantee that they will still fit you in a couple of years (especially with Thanksgiving coming up) but they will still be around. Lol!
And like the cherry on top of the ice cream, I am finishing the look with these cute Leopard ankle boots. These are extremely affordable and extremely fashionable. I call that a win-win. I like the unexpected print peeking out from under my jeans. I could have worn a solid pair of boots but this brings a more fashionable look to the outfit. It doesn’t take much for me to get excited when I start talking about Rodan + Fields. I can already see you gurls rolling your eyes in agreement. Lol! But, I got an email today that made me squeal out loud. I have been invited to participate in a Level Up program that is by invitation only!!! This is a big deal! It means that R+F thinks I have potential and they want to enroll me in a training which will last 12 weeks. Holy Moley! I am still gyrating all around. Lol! It is going to be a little difficult since it will be over the Holiday season but I am just going to go with the flow and hope for the best. Now would be a great time to join my team since I will be able to pass along some great knowledge as I learn….. Hop off the fence and send me an email.
Have you ever wondered why I would ask you to sign up for my email subscription? I know that you may access me from another way like FaceBook or Instagram but “brands” like to see a large email subscription list. So, I am asking you to sign up if you don’t mind, it would really help me. The comment section is at the end of the post, so keep scrolling. I look forward to reading all the comments, they make my day. Be sure to follow me on Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Love R&F lash boost! I’m on my second tube and I’m never giving it up! My lashes are amazing!! And congrats on the level up. Love your blog – you always look so put together!
Congratulations on qualifying for Level UP! You may be exhausted during the holidays, but I have no doubt, you’ll be a wonderful addition to the advanced team! ?
Camel is a good neutral and can be mixed and matched with many colors, especially burgundy (one of my faves). I absolutely adore your boots so much I went to Target and got me a pair. Actually my husband got them and surprised me with the gorgeous olive floral pair. (same brand) Leopard is so versatile too and another favorite of mine. Your train story reminds me of the movie “My Cousin Vinny”. I enjoy your stories Tania and always enjoy seeing your outfit combos. ~Lisa~
Thanks, Aimee!!! I am excited about the program but I hope it won’t be too much for me with it being over the holidays. It is crazy how I never had lashes before. Lol!

I would say tan is your color. That color is very flattering in you.
Thanks, I never thought about it being flattering to me.
Wondering where you buy your gorgeous long necklaces?
If you hit the highlighted link in the blog it will take you to the page. It is from Plunder which is a jewelry line that I wear and sell.
