A TOP WITH A TWIST
I don’t know why I even worried yesterday about the computer software update, everything was just fine. No glitches, no hiccups, no problems. This was just an example of worrying about something tomorrow that was robbing my today of its happiness. Instead of today being a day that I was dreading, it turned out to be a day that was a blessing. You just never know what might happen to you when you go to the post office.
I went to the P.O. and the bank like I do every day but as I was walking back to my car with my mail I noticed that I had a slip that told me I had a package too large to fit in the box. I assumed it was something Joe had ordered or even one of the girls at work, so I went back in to get the very large box. When I got back to the lumber company to open the box I was surprised, shocked, thrilled, to see leopard print staring back at me. I found the card and opened it up to find that a sweet reader friend, Annie, had sent me a package. The card was so sweet and thanked me for all that I do for everyone on the blog. What? I am the one that should be thanking you (don’t look for a large package from me just yet) for putting up with my rants, whiney posts, etc. I pulled out the leopard print purse, a matching necklace, and earrings. THEN, I pulled out a vintage purse and there was another necklace and matching earrings in that purse too. Oh, and don’t let me forget, there was also a Santa Claus. Lol! Now she is rushing the season.
I love this side tie top. This is one of the hottest looks of the season. I bought this cute top at a local boutique, Trendy Threads, along with several other items that you will be seeing later in the season. This top was by a company I had never heard of, Brenda. This style is very flattering because it makes your leg look long at the knot. Sounds crazy, but I think it makes you look thinner, and I am all for that! Lol!
I have on my Kut from the Kloth dark wash jeans. I find that I wear a lot of jeans in fall and winter and these are the most comfortable pair that I have had in a while. They have enough stretch in them to not cut you in two but they stay up and don’t sag. These came in my StitchFix box this past time and they were the only thing I kept out of the box. These are my normal size and they fit perfect.
Today is the day! Australia is now open for business! That means that Australians can now sign up as consultants and buy products. That is pretty cool. The sweetest part is that when you sign up as a PC you get free shipping. My daughter in Alaska knows how important that is. Everything that says free shipping will also then say, except for Alaska and Hawaii. Evidently, Alaska and Hawaii are not part of the US. I mailed a package today to someone in the UK and shipping is not cheap. Lol! Anyway, I wanted to tell you about the AMP tool. The Amp is a micro-exfoliation tool that helps with visibly firmer skin. You roll the tool over your face (lightly) and it stimulates collagen. Here’s why you should be ROLLING, ROLLING, ROLLING……

R+F website is not allowing me to find the roller? How much is it? I am also considering the eye cream. How much does it cost to become a pc?
Nancy, I am sending you an email. Those websites can be a pain.
Love this, and especially the Cheetah Bag!! I have this top in gray as they are very popular it seems. I have always bought colorful busy tops, but have been trying to incorporate more solid tops because they are much more versatile! Your giving me great ideas, and I need to stop shopping!!haha NOT!! Looking good!!
I just happened on your site yesterday. I sooooo identify with you and your style. I’m (10 years) over 50, same height and same weight as you. I even abandoned golf when I went back to work after my boys started school! I’ve been looking for some suggestions (visuals) with “transitional wardrobe”. I don’t want to dress like my 40 year old daughter or my 80 year old mother (although they both dress nicely). Everybody says I always look great, but I’m bored with myself! Seeing your outfits is what I need to take it up a notch – thanks and I’ll be watching!!
It is a very slimming look, you are right! Maybe the Daniel plan is taking effect too? How nice and what a lovely surprise of a reader to do such a lovely thing, another example of God’s amazing provisions.
Lucky you with your cute purse and gifts! You truly deserve it for everything you do for us Gurls!! You look amazing today. I love the top color but when I wear it it makes me look yellow. Not a good look. I need to try those jeans. They sound wonderful
Ohhhhhh…..L-O-L!!!!!!! Holy cow, talk about a SURPRISE!!!!!
Tania, you’re the nicest person, ever! Dang, I do have to say that you’re looking especially beautiful and snazzy, today! Your make-up and hair are phenomenal! Your top, your SHOES, your new jeans. WOWEE ZOWEE!!!
I just couldn’t stand living a minute without your jewelry! Off to Wonder Plunderland, I went!
GIRL, you make me SO happy! I’m SO lucky to be one of your Blog Groupies! Rock on,
Sistuh!
Hope you have the best day! YOU made mine!!!! Yahoo! Thank you!
I love Kut from the Kloth jeans. I am plus size and they were in my Stitch Fix box too. Great jeans. Love the color on you.
Love that adorable purse and will have to find one! Cute tassels and additions! And love those shoes! How blessed you are!
Usually I’m not one who likes surprises but your sounds like a great surprise! Also, not many people can wear that color of yellow (ok, me!) but it is very flattering with your coloring. And I’m ordering that purse!

Unexpected gifts are wonderful. I love the purse, but I wanted to see everything you received.
You will see everything. BUT, I wanted to wear each of the items separately.
