50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTSDon’t you hate it when you try to “upgrade” and it doesn’t quite work out that way? While I was home in Tennessee my brother in law was helping me with some issues I am having with my camera and editing process. He is a professional photographer so the man knows what he is talking about. The problem is not with his knowledge it is the translation on my part. I was showing him how I did things and you could just see him cringing. Lol!50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTSHe says that I should be using LightRoom and PhotoShop. So, I bought both programs and downloaded them onto my computer. Then he showed me the settings that I should be using on my camera. That is when the lessons started and I could see him pulling out his hair. (even though he doesn’t have any) I tried to absorb as much of it as I could but let’s just say that things were much easier with him standing over top of me and helping my every move. These pictures turned out alright but I am not sure about the ones that I planned on using for tomorrow’s post. You might have to squint your eyes because they are grainy. I swear that I am only trying to upgrade my pictures to get you the best quality I can.50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTSHow fun is this top??? This is a top by Entro that I bought last fall. I could have sworn that I had already worn it on the blog but I couldn’t find it when I did the search for Entro. Did you know that you could search for things? On the right sidebar at the top, you will see the search bar. Just type in whatever you are interested in finding. I thought this top was really cute because it was a cold shoulder top but also because of the ties on the sleeves. The pattern with the ombre look is also really interesting.

50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTSI think all the swirls in the pattern influenced my decision on jewelry. I picked the Nicholina earrings with the cute little peach faceted drop. The Addilyn necklace matches the earrings and has the same little drop. You can see the details of the necklace much better in the next picture. 50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTS The large circle on the necklace looks similar to milk glass and it is really pretty in person. The yellow flower is enameled metal and the third circle which is made up of little seed pearls and the drop are exactly like the earrings. The Lucinda bracelet is also composed of little seed pearls. I thought the floral designs matched the top and looked great with it. The BELIEVE necklace is surrounded by rhinestone although in this picture it looks like pearls.  50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTS The last piece of jewelry I have on is my Leslie bracelet that says BLESS. This inspirational bracelet is adjustable and is 9.5 inches long. There are three red beads and a cross attached to the bracelet which gives the bracelet some dimension. To place an order just go to plunderdesign.com/taniastephens and pick the party with my name in it.  50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTS I seemed to have cropped the picture a little too much. Lol! I planned on talking about my Bermuda shorts and you can’t even see them. Goodness, I am a little on the crazy side. So use your imagination or simply scroll down and see the shorts in the picture below. Haha! This pair is my favorite pair of shorts and they came from Old Navy. Old Navy still has Bermuda shorts but they are canvas not stretchy like these. I may have to break down and get a pair because I love the length. While I have your attention, I might as well go ahead and tell you that my shoes are by Aerosoles. I saw someone mentioned the other day that she had finally found a pair. Let me know how you like them because I love mine.

50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTSWell, crap. I already talked about everything because I didn’t grab my purse as I went out the door. Lol! If you have noticed, I have a pattern to my posts. I post 2 full-length pictures, 1 for my top, 1 or 2 for my jewelry, one of the lower half of my outfits, and then 2 full-length pictures again. I do my intro, descriptions, wrap up, etc., in the same order. Today I am lost. Lol!50 IS NOT OLD | STYLING BERMUDA SHORTSI know you saw my lashes in that up-close picture! Oh my goodness, they are truly getting long. I told Joe on the way to Tennessee that they kept hitting my sunglasses. Haha! I have a special running right now that if you place an order as a PC (new or existing) for either the Regimen/Hydration Serum combo (with the Free Travel Kit) OR the Regimen/Lash Boost combo that is 20% off by Sunday night then I am also refunding you 15% off the PC price. This is a deal that is amazing. I know that you gurls have listened to me rave about Rodan + Fields. Remember when I went to Florida back this spring for a Rodan + Fields getaway? This man, Gabe Sedlak was there are he is simply amazing. I love listening to his voice, it is captivating. If you have ever wondered at all about this company or the products then take a few minutes of your time and dial in. It is completely anonymous and you can do it at your own convenience. Even if you have no desire to ever join this business or even buy any of the products you will still want to listen to him talk. Lol!

  1. I love that top on you!. It is adorable. Even if you are not able to find that same shirt you are wearing, many times I have just searched the designer and found something that I like. it is very helpful when you let your readers know what brand of shirt you are wearing. I see that you do that with your jewelry, pants, purses, but I love and need some updated tops. So, if you could start letting your readers know the brand of the top you are wearing with your posts, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for posting so much Tania!! i tell you, you must have a lot of clothes, well, I guess for someone like me who is starting to take an interest in really upping my fashion game, it will take some time to gradually add tops, sweaters and accessories to be able to mix and match items. I love how you pull everything together.

  2. Awful combination, sorry
