BLACK COATED JEANS WORN TWO WAYS FOR FALL

Fall clothing is my favorite! I love the deep, rich hues and the coziness of the clothing. Today I’m going to style a pair of black coated jeans from Walmart two ways for fall. I hope this will give you ideas on how to create more looks from your clothing.

I’m wearing black coated jeans for this post, but you can choose jeans that aren’t coated or in another color. The idea behind this post is to show you how clothing can be worn in multiple ways which ultimately saves you money.

This super soft Pullover Color Block Sweater in light grey is a neutral that can be worn in multiple ways. The slightly darker grey arms and crew neckline detail gives the sweater a modern look.

The back of the sweater is black, and that is a fun surprise. I’m wearing a medium, and that fits me great. If you want an oversized look to wear with leggings, then you might want to size up.

I really like the look and fit of these coated high-rise flare jeans. The coated twill finish is stretchy and gives the jeans a nice sheen that mimics the look of leather. These jeans have a slightly larger flare than others I’ve styled, which is perfect for the retro trend that is so popular. I’m wearing a size 8, and the jeans fit true to size. This Toggle Coat with Hood is the star of this outfit!!! The crushed plum color grabbed me from across the aisle, and I was thrilled when I felt the soft faux wool fabric. I’ve always loved a toggle coat; the closures are a detail that elevates the look of the coat.

I didn’t even notice the back center pleat detail until I saw this photo. This coat is already hanging in my closet, and I can’t wait to wear it this weekend when I go to visit my parents. I’m wearing a medium, and it fits great and allows for a lightweight sweater to be worn underneath. Here are a few other options with a longer length.

Here is a casual look using the black coated jeans. A black and brown combination is one that a lot of ladies struggle with, so I thought I would show an easy-to-create outfit using those colors.

I added a Warm Chocolate Tank Bodysuit in medium to my black coated jeans. This tank bodysuit features slight sheering at the bottom, a feature that I like. The chocolate color is perfect for fall, and I also bought it in Sea Turtle, a color that looks like Olive.

These black faux suede ankle boots are a favorite of mine. I like the dressy look, and they are easy to pull on and off. I’ve worn these with a few dresses, as well as jeans. The boots run true to size; I’m wearing my usual size 9.
