Today is the last day of January. Can you believe that a month has already passed since we were watching the ball drop and welcoming in the new year? So, how are those resolutions going, or do I even need to ask? I have a couple that is still going strong, but there are one or two that never even made it to January 2nd. Lol! But, I haven’t given up on those two resolutions, just because January wasn’t a good month, there are still 11 more months left in the year. I am bound and determined to wear a two-piece bathing suit in Los Cabo. I don’t know why I would want to wear a two-piece other than the fact that I can’t now. Well, I guess that I “could” technically, but I wouldn’t want anyone to see me, especially not Joe. One of the only diets that have ever worked for me in the past is low carb. I lost down thin and then there was an issue that stressed me out. Food was what I turned to, and pretty soon the weight came back. I have tried a lot of other things since then, but nothing seems to work. So, this past week I decided to try the low carb diet again. I am going to look into Paleo and Keto, but I need to keep it simple. I want three or four go-to meals that I don’t have to think about; I want to keep the ingredients in the cabinet and fridge for an easy put together meal. What works for you? I am in love with this top!!! I love, love, love the deep rich color of this top. It is soft, cozy, and flattering. The cowl-neckline is oversized and can be worn in several different ways. This top does run a little large, so I ordered a medium, and it fits me great. The care of the fabric is easy, hand wash and lie flat to dry. The best part…it is on sale and is only $32.40 and FREE shipping!!! Go here for the link. I wanted to wear turquoise with this top. I loved how the turquoise popped against the deep vibrant purple. The Matilda cross earrings have marbling through them and a 2.25″ drop. I added the Mabel 69″ long necklace, but I couldn’t decide if I like it. The cowl-neck made it impossible to double the necklace, and I was a huge fan of wearing it long. I ended up taking it off, but I wanted to show you how it looked. The bracelets were something that I liked though. I added the large link Lelani gold bracelet, the Tayla with the large turquoise stone bracelet, and the Morgan gold bracelet on an elastic cord. If you are interested in looking around on the website for other items or in placing an order, go here. I couldn’t wait to wear these adorable Birdie slippers that were a gift to me from Rodan + Fields. However, waiting is exactly what I did since I couldn’t find anything that I wanted to wear with them after I got them. When this top arrived in the mail, I jumped for joy to see that the color was so similar to these shoes. Here is what the Birdies website said about the Phoebe slipper: Memory foam to cushion ball of foot Shock absorbing cushioning Dual-layer high density memory foam Breathable Poron comfort cushioning Elevating arch support Pressure-reducing heel cookie Finished with our signature satin quilting. I say that they are adorable and that they come in several different colors. Here is the link for all of the colors. It was so cold out that I was freezing. I thought that this was a good way to keep my head warm. Lol! My daughter wore her cowl neck like this all the time since it as so cold in Alaska. I wore another pair of Vigoss boot cut jeans. There are so many different styles of this jean, and I can’t tell them apart unless I am looking at the pockets. Lol! That is where they get fancy.
Happy last day of January to you! I am sure that you have heard my story about why I started with R+F, but for those who are wondering, here is a brief overview. I started blogging in Sept. 2015 and taking my picture daily was something that I had never done before. It was really hard for me because I didn’t like having my picture taken. Putting your face on the internet for anyone to look at was overwhelming in the beginning, especially since I could see the age spots and wrinkles everytime I brought the website up. I contacted my Energizer Bunny Friend about the products that I had seen her post about on Facebook and I decided to try them. The 60-day money back guarantee made me feel better since I had already spent a fortune on loads of other products that were sitting in my linen closet because they didn’t work. At least these would join them since I could get my money back when they didn’t work. BUT, they worked!!! I was shocked, to say the least. NOTHING had worked before. When it came time to reorder the products, I asked my friend if there was a discount if I became a consultant since I already knew that I was going to keep using these products. I found out there was a discount, so I signed up that night with no intention of ever selling anything. But, you ladies noticed my skin. You noticed that I was glowing. I shared with you what my fountain of youth was and a business was born. If you would like to try your own fountain of youth, take the Solutions Tool to see what the website will recommend and we can get you on your way to great looking skin. You have nothing to lose with the money back guarantee.
I do encourage you to please sign up for my daily emails so that you can click on the link and it will take you straight to the post. No more having to remember to type in the name, etc.
