I am not wearing my heart on my sleeve; it is on my chest. Lol! This photo makes me want to go back to the beach. It was so quiet and relaxing while we were there. I went with Joe yesterday to Bristol Tennessee. He had a meeting to attend, and he wanted to prepare before he went in, so I drove and let him study. Bristol is about two hours from our house, and it was snowing so I drove slow. Thankfully, the snow wasn’t sticking to the road, and it made the drive beautiful. When we got to the Interstate, I asked Joe what time his appointment was because I thought he might need something to eat before he went. He took out his phone to check the time, and he said the appointment is at 1:00 pm on the 31st. I laughed and said, quit teasing me, I am not falling for that. He looked at me and said that he wasn’t kidding, it was 1:00 pm on the 31st. Then he asked me what the date was. Lol! You should have seen his face when I said, “It is the 29th!” #seniormoment We both got a good chuckle from his mistake until we realized that we have to go back again on Thursday. At least we got to go and have a good lunch at Outback before we went back home. BTW, he threatened to put a boot up my rear if I told this on the blog. Lol!!! I hid all of his boots, so I am not worried. Hahahaha!Valentine’s Day will be here before you know it, so I wanted to remind you to start looking for a cute outfit to wear. I know that some of you might not like wearing red, and this is a good example of how you can still look festive and still wear a color that is not so loud. I bought this sequined heart sweater last year from an online boutique named the retail therapist. The only thing that I have against this sweater is the sequins can scratch your arm or someone else. Emersyn came over and hugged me when I had the sweater on, and she complained that it scratched her little face. Ahhh.
This was my second pair of boots that I took with me to the beach. I didn’t venture onto the sand with these; I stayed right here around the stairs. I didn’t want to get the leather of the boots wet, and I am not sure what the saltwater would do to leather, but I doubt if it would be good. I have on a pair of bootcut Vigoss jeans instead of my normal skinny jeans. I go through spells where I prefer a bootcut style. They can help to balance your look if you carry more weight through your hips. Fashion is all illusion; we need to figure out which style gives us the illusion that we are desiring.
I do get a lot of messages about Rodan + Fields, and I am always thrilled to get to answer your questions. One of the questions that I get most often is about becoming a Preferred Customer (PC) and why would you want to become one. The reason that you want to become one is for the savings. Why would you pay more for a product if you don’t have to? Plus, as a preferred customer, you receive free shipping which can be anywhere from 9.95 to 11.95 or more. So, what is the downside? There isn’t one, but here is the sticking point for some people. Once you become enrolled (a one-time enrollment fee of 19.95) you are placed on an auto-replenish schedule. Most of Rodan + Fields products are packaged to last you 60 days, so every 60 days you are “scheduled” for an auto-replenish of your last shipment. However, with R+F you use very little product, so my personal experience is that the products will last you longer than that. Every month, I send out an email to every PC that has a PC replenish shipment scheduled. I will tell them the date of the shipment, and then I will tell them about any specials that R+F or that I might be having. I give instructions on how to change the shipment in case they want to try new products. However, there are times when you have plenty of product and don’t need or want anything. NO PROBLEM! I also give instructions on how to delay the shipment for up to 60 days. There is no reason ever to order anything that you don’t want or need. However, if something slips through the cracks and your order processes, you can always return it for a money back guarantee since the products all have a 60-day money back guarantee. Now that I have addressed all those issues let me tell you how to become a PC. Go here to go shopping and then go to checkout. From there you will see a small box that you click to Join PC Perks.
