Have you ever jumped to the wrong conclusion and then want to crawl under a rock? If you haven’t then you are a Stepford Wife and you are waaaaay to perfect to be reading “my” blog. Lol! On the other hand, I bet the rest of you are sitting there shaking your head up and down and saying, “yep, I’ve done that.” You are my gurls!!! The really bad thing is that it was with Joe and he is still laughing, not with me, but at me! The night before, I mentioned that I needed to take the garbage out of the kitchen container and put it in the bin outside. But, I got lazy with doing a ton of more fun things and it slipped my mind. When I was in the kitchen and I needed to throw something away, I had a box that wouldn’t fit in the can anyway, and I was putting things in it until I took all of it outside. Right before bed, Joe decided to make the coffee (it is on a timer) for in the morning. He never makes the coffee, it is always me. He went over to the garbage can to dump out the old coffee grounds from the morning and the can was still full. I said, “whoops, I forgot to take the garbage out” and he slams down the coffee grounds, emptying it on top of the garbage can lid. I was sitting across the room and couldn’t see the can but it flew all over me that he had just emptied the coffee grounds ON TOP of the garbage can. This look came over my face, you know the one that Linda Blair had in the Exorcist. Then I might have given him a hand gesture to make sure that he understood my displeasure. Then he looked kind of strange at me and asked why I was so upset. When I told him how hard it was going to be to clean up that mess he busted out laughing. Then he reached down and picked up a paper plate that had apparently been on top of the garbage can and that I couldn’t see. He had dumped everything on top of the plate. Whoops!!! Today is the last look in this series. It seems that you have been liking it, but have you been telling your friends? I want everyone to spread the word and to sign up for the emails. I have some things in the works and being on the email list is one of the ways that I will be sending out some info. So, if you haven’t already, then go ahead and sign up. Plus, I am having a giveaway on Saturday for a $25.00 Ulta gift card to one lucky subscriber. It is super easy, just put your email address in the “Subscribe To The Blog Via Email” box at the top right. Pineapples are a big trend this year. This one is from a blog reader and friend who sent me the necklace and the earrings. How sweet is that? I truly have the best readers!!! This was from Talbots which is a store that I adore. However, I have never purchased any of their jewelry before. I have soooo much jewelry that I rarely look at the jewelry when I am online or even in a store. This set was not online so she probably bought it at her local store, you can go and check for it if you love it like I do. Here are some items that I did like online.
Today I chose to go very casual. This would be my working around the house or just an everyday weekend look. How much more simple can you get than a pair of shorts and a t-shirt? The key is to still have something that is unique or that gives up a visual stimulation. The long shorts have the tiny stripes which draw your eye to them. The necklace draws your eye instead of you only looking at a navy t-shirt. These shorts are by British Khaki and I probably got them at TJ Maxx ages ago. This print is timeless and will not go out of style.
Here is a series round-up for you. Here are post one, post two, post three, and post four in case you didn’t get to look over the details of the outfits. I would love to hear if this was helpful to you. Go ahead, pat me on the back because my arm can’t reach that far. 😂
I have been getting a ton of emails from my Preferred Customers who have been using the new Active Hydration Body Replenish. Here are just a few of their comments.
“I feel it is helping my aging hands and chest already. I love it. Wonder if it will help “chicken skin” on legs. Not looking for a miracle but Hey! A girl wants to look and feel her best at any age for herself!”
“I use it all over including my legs. It’s only been a couple of days but I like it. Like you, Tania, my skin is very dry and this is helping more than any other moisturizer I’ve ever used.”
“Received my Active Hydration today.
I’m sending you this comparison because you’re my consultant 😉 and I want to share it with someone just not everyone lol…because neither pic of my arm looks great, heck I’m 65 what do I expect. Anyway, there is a noticeable improvement in the second pic 😊 and to be honest I really did not expect to see that 🙄 these pics were taken an hour apart.
Woohoo! this stuff really works!”
When I asked her if I could share (no name mentioned) she replied, “Go ahead and share. I am truly amazed by this product.”
