50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYI had a blast over the weekend at the Mini-Retreat I attended in Charleston, SC. I didn’t get to see a lot of the town or surrounding area because we were so busy with classes and training that went from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You would have just enough time to go back to the house and change clothes before heading out to team dinners. I did get to go to the beach which was beautiful and drive through the downtown area but there was no sightseeing involved. Joe and I might have to take another trip down there to get to see the “sights.”50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYWe did manage to go to the Rooftop at Vendue for drinks one night to meet up with some of the team members that came in early.  The view from of the cityscape was so pretty. It was dark when we left and we had to find the parking spot that came with our house rental. Turns out that this tiny, and I do mean tiny, alleyway between two houses was where our parking spot was. There was no way that we could navigate that at night, it was really hard to even in the daytime and I had to fold in my mirrors. There were cars parked everywhere on the street and a spot right in front of the house we were staying at was open. We parked there are locked up the car. Guess what??? Evidently, you have to have a “permit” to park on the street according to agent 39. Also, since agent 39 was in such a sweet mood for people obviously from out of town, they decided to also give me a ticket because my car was parked facing the wrong direction. Welcome to the city, country bumpkin. You are not in Kansas anymore.50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYI am a part of the Fierce 50, a ladies Facebook group that is about women helping women. As soon as I saw this shirt from Cato Fashions I thought of that group. It is such a cute shirt with the fading leopard print pattern and the Fierce is in raised black beads. I got a ton of compliments on this shirt when I wore it on the way to Charleston. We stopped to do some shopping and several ladies in the stores asked me where I had purchased it.

50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYYou know I had to wear my Leopard print earrings and necklace from Chico’s. Unfortunately, they must already be sold out because they are no longer on the website. However, I did still see them in the store I was in over the weekend. The Bree necklace I have on is the monogram letter “S” in silver. It is very dainty and lightweight. I wore this almost all weekend because it matched everything I was wearing. All of my other jewelry is Alex and Ani. I am going to place an online order tonight for the Pineapple Charm Bangle. We try to buy a bracelet from Convention to commemorate the event and the Pineapple represents Charleston.50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYI couldn’t get the color correct on these pictures. The pants appear purple-ish but they are actually a slate gray. These pants came from Cato Fashions and they are a Pull-On Slim-fitting pant. They have a cute seam detail down the back of the leg that made me think I had them on backward. Lol! It is a good thing they put labels on them or I might have been wearing the wrong.50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYIf I am going to be Fierce you just have to wear a cute shoe. These little flats got tons of compliments in the mall also. They are calf hair leopard print material ballet slippers by Isaac Mizrahi. These are a couple years old but you can find all kinds of leopard flats that will work just as well.

50 IS NOT OLD | FIERCE AT FIFTYRodan + Fields announced 3 “NEW” products this weekend but they also announced a new program for new consultants. I know some people are concerned that they might not “know” about skincare. The truth is, neither did I and neither did most of the consultants that I know. That is not really something that you should be concerned about for a couple of reasons. Rodan + Fields are the dermatologists, not me, therefore they give you the Solutions Tool to help you figure out what products would work for you. Also, there is a library of product information and a Nurse that is available if you have questions. NOW, with the addition of this NEW program, it will “reward” you for getting your business off the ground. I love that this company does not leave any stone unturned. You have the training, the information, and the support from multiple sources. If you decide to join this business you will never have to feel like you are in it alone. If you join with me this month with a Business Building Kit it will contain the NEW products just announced and you will automatically be enrolled in the NEW program. Message me for details.

You will be hearing more about the NEW products in the coming week after I understand them better.

Have you ever wondered why I would ask you to sign up for my email subscription? I know that you may access me from another way like FaceBook or Instagram but “brands” like to see a large email subscription list. So, I am asking you to sign up if you don’t mind, it would really help me. The comment section is at the end of the post, so keep scrolling.
