DSC_0185Since I finally fessed up and told my husband about my blog, I talked him into having a picture of the two of us made. We were dressed, and before we started out the door, I got out the tripod and pulled him along. The pictures have an ugly shadow, because of the flash, but I love them anyway.DSC_0187I am wearing my Izod velvet blazer that I purchased at a local thrift store for $5.00. I love velvet, it is so regal and rich looking. You can’t see, but I have on a white sweater top under the blazer. I love a classic black and white outfit! I’m not really sure what the pattern on the skirt is, I thought it was houndstooth, but it just looks weird. This skirt is really, really old. It had a zip up crop jacket with it when I bought it, but who knows where the jacket went. My handsome husband is wearing an ultra suede jacket, a gift from a friend, and Columbia khaki pants.DSC_0193

He then decided to do a few fashion poses. Lol!  I think he looks adorable. I’m not to sure about his poses though. Most of them were not blog appropriate! DSC_0188A pair of gray tights and my Marc Fisher booties complete the outfit. Beckley decided to join in on the black and white theme, his even glows in the dark.

I hope you enjoyed meeting the rest of the family. Maybe I will eventually get a picture of my three children on here. We should all be together at Christmas. I know you can’t wait. Haha.

Please follow and like me:

  1. So adorable, the three of you, and it’s always so nice to see the other half or in this case, two thirds of the family. My husband’s photos are generally VERY inappropriate for blogging as well. LOL Enjoy the week-end.

  2. Awwww, love the photos. Thanks for introducing us to your hubby. He seems to have enjoyed being a blogger guest. 🙂
Very nice classic black and white outfit.

  3. Love that I found your blog! Keep it up! Love your sense of style.

  4. Love the outfits on all 3 of you and so glad your husband decided to join in on your blog.

  5. You both look great! Maybe your husband should start a 50 is not old, man edition!

Thanks. We don’t have a lot of family photo’s. Usually I am taking the pictures. I’m glad I finally decided to start using a tripod.
